PERIODICAL SERVICES TO MD ACCNS AND REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TO VARIOUS QUARTERS OF VSV AND MES COLONY AT AF STN TUGHLAKABAD UNDER GE(AF) TUGHLAKABAD

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls all as specified and filling cracks/hole by applying wall putty where ever required (multipurpose mixer will be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or coloured by auto roller complete incl removal of nails etc and grinding where necessary all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- work can carried out upto fourth storey)

Note:-work may be carried out in patches at different locations upto fourth storey/hanger

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion paint (Apex) including necessary wall putty as required of approved colour/pattern upto 4th storey and hanger including necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L for preparation old decorated plastered and unplastered surfaces of ceiling and cornices, spoiled by smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots by scraping and washing with water and applying two coat of white/colour wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-work can carried out upto fourth storey/hanger

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on bricks wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar (CM1:4) for external wall surface mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions finished even & fair as a whole or in patches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (CM1:6) for internal wall surface as per manufacturer instructions finished even & fair as a whole or in patches complete all as specified and directed.
