Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundatins, filling and mass concrete including use and waste of forwork as requird, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for providing Rolled mild steel angle and tubular sections, of any size, as in verticals, cross ties, stiffners, gusset plates etc.. for side channels and supports of MS ladder including necessary welded as required to fabricate framed ladder, steel conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250), quality "B", complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix mild steel Plates of any size and thickness, plain, square cut or notched, forming holes etc.. With rivetted, bolted or welded attachment fixed to walls for supports or suitably welded adequately to structural steel framework and verticals of MS ladder, steelk confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality "B" complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for MS round bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shpae etc.. as required, as in steps of MS ladder, including necessary welding to side channels of ladder, steel confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality "A" or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of new steel of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of fusion bonded epoxy enamel paint, in any tint as approved, over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Berger Paints (Epilux) or equivalent in Asain Paint/Nerolac Paints/Shalimar paints/Dulux Paints as approved by GE
Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: WPC will be measured and paid seperately
Material and labour for Complete removal of existing treatment and washing ,rubbing down and stopping of old colour washed/distempered wall /chajja surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing and scrapping down smoke soot,mould moss , efflorescent salts ,trading oil and greasy spots including washing with water and applying two coats of antifungal exterior emulsion weather proof paint over a coat of 1mm thick cement based exterior wall putty and over a coat of exterior wall primer on walls, column projection, chajja complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls and applying for exterior emulsion weather proof paint (Appex Ultima or equivalent) of any colour two coats over a coat primer, over a coat of cement based exterior putty not less than 1mm thick on wall column projection, chajjas sides and bottom etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10kgf/Cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., any type of pipe, 50 m dia bore of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in Chajjahs and similar suspended work, invluding cutting the reinforcement asw requied to facilitate demolition and making good to surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply only integral water proofing compund complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and laying APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface with 100mm overlap and 150 mm end lap, including on vertical surfacs of parapet walls, sealing completer with thermo fusion torch application over a tack coat of hot bitumen @ 1.2 kg/sqm, bitumen grade 85/25 over compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.25 Kg/Sqm, over 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) on existing roofing surfaces, invcuding cleaning surfaces and subsequently one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm applied over water proffing membrane and finally one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as surface finish, including taking down the existing treatment, complete all as per manufactirers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Disconnecting existing tranks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc.. size of tank exceediong 500 Litres and not exceeding 1000Liters, including connnecting back to the exisitin pipe lines and making the pipe lines functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of new plasterd srfaces and appluing two or more coats ofr 100% premium acrylic weather proof emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicor additives @ 1.43 lITRE/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 liter/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 5.5 mm thickness glass with solar control film of 25 micron reflective type of any colour sticked to glass panes as per manufacturar instructions, fixed as in door shutters type in squares / rectangular pattern exc 0.5 sqm but N.exc 1.5 Sqm each pane of as in hinged partitions and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required, hinges, handles, silicon construction sealent as per manufacturar instructions etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall by applying two coats thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemepr complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
