Excavation in post holes soft/ loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, in soft soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of 100mmx100mm size of mesh with 3.15mm dia galvanised steel wire (as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly. BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, round bars, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Supply of chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending in FE 410-W (Gde E-250) quality -A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of dia 11-15mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc.5cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces, n. exc 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new and previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cmwidth or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F Mild steel framed work as in grills, grating, railings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railing, frame work for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC hollow wall lining interlocking type of 7mm thick plain/coloured fitted into the wall with PVC rawal plugs and steel screws including fillets to joints as per manufacturers instruction etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- If any minor electric fittings and fixtures disturbed there will be match and fixed as existing.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but no baking) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x300x7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over & including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Non skid ceramic coloured tiles light colour (as approved) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down of cement plaster and rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on surface other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonary surfaces or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, stair cases, landings, chajjas and similar suspended works in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (1 : 1 1/2 : 3) type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in Chajjas, parapet etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Mild Steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bend to shape as required including cranking, hooking etc and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches & pillars etc of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 22 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L Brick work with old size sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 15 mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 110mm bore PVC(SWR) bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers ( larger bore measured) laid in trenches or fixed in floors/walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical triple layered white colour with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 1000 litres including PTMT ball valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut suitable for 20 mm bore GI pipe, 25mm bore GI washout pipe 15 cm long fitted with check nut, 20mm bore over flow pipe 1.50 metre long fitted with brass anti-mosquito nest coupling at the end of over flow pipe & 15mm bore GI air vent pipe 1.30 metre long fitted with tee at the end of air vent pipe (all GI pipes shall be medium grade) including dismantling of old water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical triple layered white colour with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 litres including PTMT ball valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut suitable for 20 mm bore GI pipe, 25mm bore GI washout pipe 15 cm long fitted with check nut, 20mm bore over flow pipe 1.50 metre long fitted with brass anti-mosquito nest coupling at the end of over flow pipe & 15mm bore GI air vent pipe 1.30 metre long fitted with tee at the end of air vent pipe (all GI pipes shall be medium grade) including dismantling of old water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in roof any thickness including plastering and leaping (whether full thickness removed or only part thereof) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as specified below as directed :- (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing all existing bitumen coatings completely with intense wire brushing or high speed water jet, surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. (b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints, channels and parapets should be treated with crack seal and bigger cracks, dmanged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars. (c) Apllying one coat of prime seal / Epoxy Primer/ Shaili Urethane BTD white diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm (0.20 Kg BTD + 0.20 Kg water) (d) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net / 50gsm Geotextile mesh upto 300mm on walls. (e) Applying three coat of Hydro Shield PUD micro fibre reinforced UV resistent polyurethane (solid content 68%) / Damp proof ultra UV stable fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers (Solid content 55%) / Smart care PU magnum elastomeric water proofing coating based on hydrophobic plyuethane (Solid content 85%) / Single component elastomeric Liquid Membrane Shali Urethane BTD white/ coloured (Elongation 400% + 50, Solid contents > 80% & Specific gravity @ 30 OC 1.5 + 0.03) @ total 2.00 Kg per sqm in two coats for maintaining thickness of 1.5mm, with paint brush / roller upto 300mm on walls. (f) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of water proofing manufacturer. Make : Dr Fixit/ Asian/ STP Limited Note (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturer's instructions, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Sand filling under floors 25 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for factory made pre-cast cement concrete solid block type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone of any size / thickness setting in Cement Mortar 1:4 for path edgings etc including necessary form work, excavation and earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed & weathering / champhering temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metre & depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces plain or moulded of brick, stone, concrete surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 6,596.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No. 19 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
