M&L for road cutting/Hardstanding/Tile cutting upto 300mm deep and 200mm wide for crossing water pipe line through road including making good the disturbed surface by filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mass concrete will be measured and paid as sapreartly in respective item.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 ,type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement Cast Iron Air release valves PN 1.0 with two air outlets/orifice screwed end type, 50mm bore dia and fixing up in iron water supply mains, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Accessories like nipple, socket, flange etc required at site is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F in replacement CI non-return (reflux) valve confirming to PN-1.0 with rubber seal ,screwed end type, 50 mm bore dia and fixing up in iron water supply mains, complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement of chlorine/Chemical dosing system suitable to inject solution upto 30-50LPH, chlorine/Chemical dosing (metering) pump (speed adjustable) simplex diphram type couple with single phase electric motor of capacity 0.5-1HP, 900-1440 RPM as agitator (agitator with Engineer material plastic shaft & impeller ) and FRP tank of 100 Ltr capacity, along with suction discharge tubing, foot valve/ "Y' strainer, anti siphon valve, pressure relief valve etc. complete unit as specified and directed . Note: Old / unserviciable Chlorine / Chemical dosing system shall be deposit in MES store yard by the contractor and shall be taken on charge by the deptt.

Supply and fixing in replacement of DOL starter suitable for monoblock pumpset of capacity 5HP, 3 Phase, 415V, 50 Hz with relay range of 9-14 Amp along with complete wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fastner (not less than 6 inchs - 4 nos), nut bolt & washer deemed to be included in quoted rates for fixing timer wall/pole.

Supply and fixing in replacement of DOL starter suitable for monoblock pumpset of capacity 10 HP, 3 Phase, 415V, 50 Hz with relay range of 13-21 Amp along with complete wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fastner (not less than 6 inchs - 4 nos), nut bolt & washer deemed to be included in quoted rates for fixing timer wall/pole.

M&L for opening and rewinding of electric motor 5HP , 50 HZ 400/415 volts of mono block/centrifugal elctric motor of any make and type with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including bearing bushes and other accessories etc required to make motor functional and testing on load and closing the motor after rewinding including transportation to workshop and back at site complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for scrubbing, cleaning thoroughly for removing the dirts, sediments, silts etc from the internal surfaces of HDPE storage tanks of capacity upto 500 Ltrs from bottom and wall by using brushes, bleaching powder and other cleaning materials as directed including writing the words " TANK CAPACITY AND DATE OF CLEANING" in capital letters of suitable size on outside visible place of OH tank with synthetic enamel white paint over black back ground complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for scrubbing, cleaning thoroughly for removing the dirts, sediments, silts etc from the internal surfaces of HDPE storage tanks of capacity 501 to 1000 Ltrs from bottom and wall by using brushes, bleaching powder and other cleaning materials as directed including writing the words " TANK CAPACITY AND DATE OF CLEANING" in capital letters of suitable size on outside visible place of OH tank with synthetic enamel white paint over black back ground complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for cleaning of RCC sedimentation tank (each portion of 5500 gallon & of size 7.35x1.75x2.05 Metre -2 nos) of capacity 11000 gallon, draining/washing out complete through wash out pipe, and removing all mud, silt, scales, dirts etc from inside area and cleaning with bleaching powder, iron brush, broom and sand paper etc and marking date of cleaning and capacity of tank with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed . Note: (I) cleaning of raw water tanks of capacity 850 Gallon - 2 nos is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Rate quoted are inclusive of Removal of Sand & Gravels of different size from filteration plant & depositing at a distance not exceeding 30 mtrs away and leveling it as directed. Supply Only Chlorine Test Kit with coloured sample complete all Testing fitments & OT Solution in Rexine finish Box complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of Valve pit chamber 90 cmx90cm (inner dimension) and 90 cm deep , from the top of MS angle iron frame of 40x40x6 mm, fixed on 75 mm thick PCC Base/coping in (1:2:4) type B-I using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, top cover shall be of 3 mm thick MS Sheet with locking arrangement of pad lock of 50mm size including PCC block masonary in (1:3:6) type B-I using 20 mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 including 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (internally and externally) and necessray excavation, earth work in any type of soil including necessary form work and 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 , type D-2 , using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in floor including dismentaling of old valve pit complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates shall deemed to be included for following provisions:- (i) Exacavation and earth work. (ii) steel surfacesc shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iii) Exposed surfaces of valve pit shall be painted with two coats of cement base paint incl preperation of surfaces.

Note:- Excavation and earth wrok shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement PUF insulated, cylndrical tank, of capacity 500 Ltr, Vertical type, double layer duly filled with puf insulation of superior quality to resist in temp -30 to +35 degree centigrade alongwith hinged top lid of same material with locking arrangement and hoisted on platform complete with making pipeline connection with the following specification :- (a) Inner tank will be double layered HDPE food grade material. (b) Outer 4mm thick FRP jointless casing of tank. (c) Thickness of PUF insulation shall be 75mm. (d) Minimum density of PUF insulation shall be 44 kg per/cum +/- 10%.
