Material and labour for earthing comprising of 17.2 mm dia 3 mtr long earth electrode of low carbon steel electrode with 250 micron copper bonding,50 pounds of Ecosafe based environment friendly backfill and suitable clamp,back fill earthing enhancing compound should strictly be a Eco safe carbon based conductive concrete type which has resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Metre as per clause 14.5D of IEEE:80 standard,Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive (Like in metals) and should not depend on moisture for conduction.Back-fill compound should be environment friendly,should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground.Back-fill compound should not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.Test certificate as per IEC:62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material including 17.2 mm OD SS clamp both side complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) No of earth electrodes for ring earthing to be received after SRT. (ii) The ring earth resistance shall be below 1 ohm.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall with suitable insulator on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing as required copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm complete.

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos.8mm dia 25 mm long hex.head screw and insert in suitable size FRP box fixed on wall with insulator support all as specified.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve chamber of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm (internal dimension) with foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate, brick wall with sub class B old size built in cement mortar 1:6, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping, rendering in cement mortar 1:4,15 mm thick furnished including MS cover with locking arrangement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing earth pit identifier board made out by MS sheet of size 300 X 150 X 3 mm fixed in MS angle 30 X 30 X 5 mm of 450 mm long to be fixed to ground by means of cement concrete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing the earth resistance complete including excavation and earth work PCC type C1,1:3:6 of size 150 X 150 X 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for inter connecting of earthing bymeans of ring main with exothermic welding to achieve required value of earth resistance by copper strip of size 20 x 3.15 mm complete.

Material and labour for Single core Multi strandard copper wire of 50sqmm,1100 Volts including necessary PVC pipe, PVC fittings, Screw, Bolt & nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.
