Repairing of existing 300 TR Cooling towers (make: Bell Tower) including replacement of motor bearing, balancing of fan blades, replacement of spray nozzles, Float valve and suitable pipe arrangement for spray nozzles, replacement of valve gear box along with providing FRP coating on damaged areas of cooling tower complete as required.

Repairing of existing exhaust fans (make: Kruger) for food court including replacement of motor bearing, pulleys, belts, float valves, spray nozzles and air filters and painting of motor bed and base with enamel paint complete as required.

Replacement of CI butterfly valve of size 200mm dia for cooling tower pipe including removal of existing valve, fixing of new valve etc complete as required

Replacement of CI butterfly valve of size 300mm dia for cooling tower pipe including removal of existing valve, fixing of new valve etc complete as required

Replacement of existing VFD of 33 kW, 3 phase, 415 V Variable frequency drive, for primary pump. (ABB ACS560-01-062A-4 or equivalent in approved makes of AAI) i/c testing & commissioning etc complete as required

Servicing of 33 kW , 3 phase, 415 V VFD of make ABB model: ACS560-01-062A-4 including dismantling from site, making the unit serviceable and refixing the same.

Repair and servicing of faulty PCB and control unit of make up water booster pumps, making good the same and reinstallation etc complete as required

Supply and fixing of dial type pressure gauges 150mm dia at various locations of chilled water system etc complete as required

Replacement of bearing for condenser pump including supply and fixing of new bearing, general service of pump, re-alingment of pump with motor etc complete as required.
