Supplying & Fixing Vitrified tiles in dados skirting on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles. Per 1 Sqm

Fixing of ceramic tiles on floors on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joint with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade tiles…etc

Fixing of ceramic tiles on dados skriting steps on 12mm thick cut plain (1:1) joint with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade tiles…etc

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials labour T & P etc. as per direction of Engineer -In -charge.

Finishing wall Two Coats with weather coat over a coat of priming including all costs of labour, Paint, Primer, Brushes and putty required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plastic emulsion painting two coats to wall surface with approved paints of approved shade including cost of paint…....etc.

Priming one coat to wall surface including all costs of Labour,materials required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat of red oxide primer to D & W including all costs of labour, Primer, brushes and putty required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
