Providing and laying 80mm thick ISI Marked interlocking paver blocks conforming to IS : 15658:2006/ IRC SP 63:2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix Cement M-40 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respects. (HSR 10.159)

Tile terracing with one layer of tiles, 22.86 cm X 11.43 cm X 3.81 cm laid dry over a layer of mud mortar including grouting with cement sand mortar 1: 3 and top surface to be left clean. (HSR 13.14)

Kotah stone flooring minimum 25 mm thick in any pattern as specified over 12 mm thick base of cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 laid and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone including rubbing and polishing. (HSR 14.62). Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Providing & Laying and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles.Note:-Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT & JOHNSONS (HSR 14.89)

Providing & Fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to I.S. 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manu-facturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-In-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including ointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete of reputed manufacturer like:- RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge. [HSR 14.92]. Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material. b) Size of ceramic Glazed tiles 300 X 450mm

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (HSR 15.7)

15 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on the rough side of single or half brick wall (HSR 15.12)

10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (HSR 15.52)

Painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood-work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint. (HSR 16.7)

Painting two coats with ready-mixed exterior paint in all shades on newly plastered or concrete surface of walls. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.26).

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint on walls on new work to give an even shade. (HSR 16.30)

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) one coat on old distempered work (HSR 16.59)

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- Second quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). [HSR 16.79 (a)].

Supplying and fixing glass panes with moulding of commercial hard wood such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplash etc.(Non coniferous timber other than teak, conforming to I.S. specification No.1003, kiln seasoned). C) 4 mm thick (glazing area above 55 sq dm, but upto 84 sq dm of each pane) (HSR 17.36 c)
