Modular Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in 2nd Class bricks Cement Mortar 1:4 (one Cement : four Sand as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in Cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand) in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stone work on plain Ashlar Cyclopean in superstructure upto floor two level including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement cement : two sand) in Cement Mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand): including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( one cement : one and half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level : including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying 15 mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster on fair side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (one cement : six coures sand) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces eith enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters Enamel paint other than white including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .
