Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing, Trial run and commissioning of R.C.C. Intake well of 4.5 MLD capacity including mechanical and electrical works, connecting walkway cum pipe carrying bridge from intake well to river bund, electrically operated travelling crane and girder arrangement, construction of coffer dam with suitable foundation and other necessary ancillary units etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at Chinga WTP (Capacity =4.5 MLD) intake Singjamei.

Providing, delivery, installation, testing ang commissioning of 2 (two) nos. of Vertical Turbine Pump sets for Chinga intake well 4.5 MLD (one working and one standby) having specified duty parameters and guaranteed efficiency along with necessary valves arrangement, suitable control panel board, joints accessories, gates accessories and cost of jointing materials. etc complete as per detailed specifications as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning of 100 & 250 KVA transformers for operation of pumpsets at Chinga intake unit and Chinga WTP including erection of poles, stringing of necessary HT & LT lines and other necessary fittings, excavation for foundation work, cement concrete works in foundation for transformers as well as pole erection, earthing cable along with necessary fittings, obtaining approvals / permissions from MSPDCL/MSPCL i/c testing, commissioning complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The Transformer shall be designed and manufactured conforming to Energy Efficiency Level–2 at basic insulation level as per IS:2026 (Part I & II) with latest amendments and IS:1180 (Part I–2014) with latest amendments, fitted with On-Load Tap Changer (OCTC), initial filling of oil conforming to IS:335–1993, and all necessary fittings and protection devices. Chinga WTP i) 100 KVA – 1 number at Chinga WTP ii) 250 KVA – 1 number at Chinga Intake.

Providing, Laying of DI feeder mains with DI K7 pipe conforming to IS 12288:2002 specifications including excavation, sand bedding, jointing, backfilling, transporting and necessary road restoration works including providing and laying of DI/CI fittings (specials) and suitable DI/CI valves as per relevant IS codes and construction of masonry chambers including testing of pipe joints, fittings, valves and disinfection of all pipes, trial run and commissioning etc. complete. Design, Drawing and Construction of R.C.C. Emergency Reservoir of capacity 0.50 ML with R.C.C. slab roofing, including inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe connections with all necessary specials and fittings, provision of manholes with covers, air vents, internal access arrangements, installation of disinfection dosing unit and suitable water level indicator, smooth finishing of all surfaces, curing, satisfactory water-tightness test, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, site development works, drainage system, providing and fixing internal pipes, pipe specials complete at Chinga WTP and as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete at Chinga WTP site as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing/Supplying, installation of Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pumpsets (Worthington/ Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) with a combined discharge of 134.26 LPS each against a head of 35 m each with motors (three working and one standby) i/c ancillary units, valves, cost of jointing, and other materials complete including trial run and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. i) 4 (four) number at Chinga

Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing, Trial and commissioning of RCC Cascade Aerator of 300mm dia inlet at Chinga WTP 4.5 MLD as per relevant IS codes with necessary fittings complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing, Trial and commissioning of 0.2 ML capacity Settling tank upper level including necessary internal pipe fittings complete at Chinga WTP complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of filter media for Rapid Sand Filters conforming to IS:8419 (Part I) 1977 at Chinga WTP and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
