Providing Services of Safai Karamchari for carrying out the following works:- i. Daily cleaning & Sweeping of silo office & security room. ii. Daily cleaning of weighbridge from bottom and top portion. iii. Cleaning Sweeping Silo’s toilet in Ash Silo’s Area of RGTPP iv. Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. v. Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50 cm and upto 1.5cm Note:- Minimum 3 no. safai karamchari is to be deployed by the firm for carrying out above said work. In case of requirement at site ,the firm must deploy additional safai karamcharis and they may be called in odd hours in case of emergency otherwise penalty will be imposed as mentioned in clause no. 8 (iii) of NIT general terms & conditions.

Hiring of truck mounted vacuum road sweeping machine for mechanized- sweeping/cleaning of silo floor , spillage collection, Transport of Loaded fly ash & Unloading of loaded fly ash as per directions of Engineer-in-charge (if required) & any other miscellaneous works if required at site. Minimum Specifications required of above said machine:- i. SWEEPING CAPACITY:-With One Horizontal Brush minimum 1800 MM length.With One Horizontal and Two Side Brushes minimum 2800 MM Sweeping Capacity Per Hr. up to at least 22000 Sq.Mt. ii. DEBRIS HOPPER CAPACITY:- minimum Volumetric Capacity 5 CU. MT. iii. SWEEPING SPEED:- Sweeping mode speed with Special gear engaged 1 -12 km/ hr Depending upon road and dust conditions Traveling speed with special gear disengaged Normal Vehicle speed. iv. CONSTRUCTION:- Machine incorporated of Debris hopper and Engine compartment mounted on heavy duty Sub chassis further mounted on base of suitable truck chassis. v. DEBRIS HOPPER:- Made of M.S. sheet for light weight and strong structure heaving volumetric capacity of minimum 5.0 CU MT. Hopper unloading / tipping by Hydraulic cylinder through rear door. vi. ENGINE COMPARTMENT:- Sound proofed engine compartment with ant vibration dampers heaving Engine, Vacuum Fan, all hydraulics and Electrical systems for different operations of machine ensuring lower noise Levels and easy accessibility to all components for servicing. vii. AUXILIARY ENGINE:- Kirloskar or Ashok Leyland Heavy Duty Industrial water cooled Diesel engine. With all controls on operator panel Inside operator Cabin, engine power max. 100 B.H.P. viii. Suction fan:-High Efficiency dynamically balanced multi bladed Vacuum Fan driven by Auxiliary engine Through V-Belts for ensuing sufficient vacuum power for sweeping system and lower noise levels. ix. Sweeping head :-Sweeping head with suction nozzles and sweeping brushes mounted on heavy duty caster wheels Fixed on free floating suspension system for ensuring uniform sweeping along width of machine On all kind of smooth and bumpy roads. x. Hydraulic System :-Purpose to power sweeping brushes and all hydraulic actuators Hydraulic pump driven by Auxiliary engine with Reservoir tank capacity 60 Liters High efficiency filtration system and circuit protection valves for longer life Electro solenoid valve for actuating different functions from operator panel inside cabin. xi. Dust control system :- High Efficiency and large area filtration system heaving automatic filter cleaning system Through pulse jet air, Controlled by PLC controller and cyclone system ensuring high vacuum Power throughout sweeping xii. Must be Mounted on Truck. xiii. Must include ROAD CLEANING SYSTEM xiv. Must include DRY SWEEPING SYSTEM xv. Must include HIGH VACUUM SYSTEM FOR STATIONARY APPLICATION Note:- a) The said machinery will be hired purely on requirement basis. b) The hiring time will be started only after the entry of machinery inside the silo area. c) Hire charges include cost of services of operating staff, cost of lubricating oil, diesel/petrol/kerosene oil, other consumable for running the machinery.

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres. Providing & fixing HDPE water storage tank of sintex, Diplast, O.K. Supreme make with covers /Lids marked with IS:12701 on roof top of buildings including cost of hoisting and placing in position ,making connections with inlet and outlet pipes ,providing overflow and scour provisions with suitable plug on scour pipe including cost of nipples, washers, flanges for connection in tanks complete in all respect to the satisfaction to the Engineer-in-charge(500 Litre capacity) (HSR 30.119)

Painting new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved colour to give an even shade. A) Hindi (matras, commas and the like not to be measured or paid for, half letters shall be treated as half). (HSR 16.66 (a))
