Taking out carefully Vertical Turbine pumpsets/Submersible pumpset of any capacity and make from the borewell complete with column pipes,submersible cable, bends etc and taken to MES Store yard complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- All the arrangements, special type of T&P, transpotaion is deemed to be included in this rate.)

Supply & Installation (by lowering carefully in position included with column pipe & submersible cable wherever reqd) commissioning and testing multistage Submersible pumping set suitable for 12 inch borewell having discharge of 90 cum/hour at 84 mtr head coupled with not less than 40 HP motor ,three phase 415 V of suitable rating ,50 Hz AC 2900 RPM including tail pieces of mild steel suitable for connecting column pipe with pump complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Lowering of pump set with new column pipes & sub cable is deemed in the same rate.)

Supply & Installation Mono block centrifugal pumping set having discharge of 7200LPM at 20 mtr head having CI body pump,CI Impellers,gand packing -sealing ,C-40 shaft completely coupled with 1 HP Electric motor totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) standard quality , with IP 44 protection & F-class insulation , horizontal foot mounted suitable for operation on 240+10%, 50Hz, confirmeing to IS:325-1996 complete of rating 1 HP ,2850 RPM including MS frame structure , PCC foundation & rubber coupling , testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Mild steel column pipe, ISI marked, for submersible pump 125 mm dia ,heavy duty C class 5.4 mm thick and 3 meter long duly welded MS flange 10 mm thick duly drilled holes 06 Nos on both sides of coloum pipe incl making suitable joints using suitable rubber gasket 3 mm thick all as directed by the Engr-in-carge.

Supply only PVC insulated submersible copper cable, ISI marked, flat type in repairs for volatge 1100V confirming to IS 694:1990 of size 10 sqmm 3 core.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Star delta Starter fully automatic suitable for 415 V AC for 5 HP Motors complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for underground RCC sump of capacity 75000 ltr (Inner dia- 8mtr, height- 2mtr) with internal surface of same shall be plastered in CM 1:3, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions with iron mesh cover complete all as shown on drawing no. TD/5/2011/01 and all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking up/down carefully monoblock pump sets/induction motor of any make by disconnecting electric connection/pipe lines (suction/delivery) etc. and taking to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Note :- All the arrangements, special type of T&P, transportation is deemed to be included in this rate).

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 49,540.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 5% (Five percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder within 28 days from the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
