Supply erection, commissioning and testing of Wave fountains at having a wave Fountain 46 fit. Dia GI ring with 80 mm pipes inclusive of 76 no. Dynamic jet nozzles with gate valve & brass ball joint each fully adjustable for a precision effect manufactured by ISO certified company Make- primier/family fountains. The manifold should be made of MS with. The pipe should be made of Galvanize Iron with flanges, Nut bolts, Gaskets, pipe work, manifold nozzles made of precision machined & including all final epoxy finishing work of pipe surface etc. as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Material of construction of various components Manifold: steel-Epoxy coated Control Valve: Brass/Gunmetal of ISI marked Pipe work: Galvanised iron of ‘B’ Class with epoxy coating on all surface. Nozzle: Foaming Jets of Brass and Ball Joints nozzles of Brass with gate valve of brass : fabricated steel-galvanized /epoxy coating

Supply and installation of 10 HP submersible monoblock pumpsets of Kirloskar/KSB/Crompton make fit fine stainless steel mesh filter mountable on suction of fountain pump.

Supply and installation of Electric panel for (2x10 HP) comprises of a sheet metal enclosure with hinged front door, back-wall mounting type with provision for incoming & outgoing cable entry, main switch, overload relays, contactors, overload tripping, CAM operated rotary switch, light sequencer, start stop push button switch & indication lamps etc. complete with internal wiring wiring. Lighting system shall be connected by a separate switch and fuse but shall not be energized unless pumps are first switched on. Electric panels protected against dust and jets of water per rating IP-55 Tested and certified by Govt. of india Test Lab. Electrical panel will be at a distance of as per site condition.

SITC of IP 68 protected LED underwater lighting system manufactured by ISO 9001:2008 certified company Make Family Fountains di cast housing 9x3W, 24V DC LED lamps with dynamic color changing capability avilable in quick connecting cable courpled with various mounting accessories, Ability to create 16.7 million uniform, smooth and brilliant colors with out revealing any lamp image. Gland Shall be IP68, including connections with 2.5 sq mm. copper conductor cable etc. as reqd. Luminaries shall have stainless steel AISI 304 top Ring with chrome plated and housing and totally protected by fused epoxy polyester coating on all surfaces. The wall thickness of Luminaries not less than 5 mm. All external nuts bolt and studs of AISI 304 standard stainless steel with high quality elastomer gasket and a toughened glass. Waterproof luminaries shall be waterproof when fully immersed in water per rating IP68 and shall have been tested and certified as such by a Govt. of India Test Laboratory as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of DMX controller for RGB lights upto 12.50 Amps with 12 volt complete as required. Make : Family fountain, premier fountain.

MOTION CONTROL DEVICE : Supply & fixing in panel motion control device for effect of slow motion, switch EPROM based preprogrammed controller, complete with internal wiring & programming for show motion.

Supply & fixing in panel PlC realy pre programmed ,as per instruction of engineer in charge.

CABLING : SITC of flexible cables for lights 1.5sqmm 4 core. Make finolex/ polycab.

SITC of flexible cables for Pump 2.5sqmm 3 core. Make finolex/ polycab.

Supply and making water proof joint of underwater cables for submersible cable complete as required.
