REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF GENERATOR SETS, AMF PANEL BOARD, CHANGE OVER SWITCH AND LIFT AT AF STATION TAMBARAM

Dismantling of unserviceable AMFR logic power controller of Control panel of 100 to 160 KVA as per existing make and replacing with new AMFR logic controller including checking and replacement of existing unserviceable wiring of complete panel i.e voltmeter,indicator lamp,frequency meter etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable AMFR logic power controller of Control panel of 200 to 250 KVA as per existing make and replacing with new AMFR logic controller including checking and replacement of existing unserviceable wiring of complete panel i.e voltmeter,indicator lamp,frequency meter etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Draining out the existing diesel from the tank, kept as side for repouring, taking down the complete fuel tank of any capacity from its position after disconnecting all the fuel lines, carryout cleaning work with solutions, removing the dust and foreign materials from the tank, drying the tank, blow with air painting and carry out recalibration of diesel tank to the specified level including replacement of PVC level pipe, refix the tank in its original position, connecting all the removed fuel connections, refilling the kept diesel back to the tank carefully, remove air from the fuel connections, start the engine and testing for satisfactory function complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and replacing the old unserviceable AVR (Automatic voltage regulator) suitable for DG set 62.5 KVA to 125 KVA having input voltage 2 phase + neutral, sensing voltage 415 V output voltage 95 volts DC, output current 4 A DC, voltage regulation +/- 1 % average volts, over excitation current tripping, fuse protection 4 A, fast acting and frequency 50 Hz etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 4 here in above but of 160 KVA to 250 KVA

M&L for replacing unserviceable combined digital meter for showing voltmeter, ammeter, frequency including necessary wiring and wiring material for connecting the meter etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for daily inspection, maintenance and servicing of all DG sets of following capacity and locations including Alternator, AMF/ Non AMF panels of connected DG set for daily routine check ( 'A' - check as specified below ) for smooth functioning as per the Manufacturers instructions by Employing experienced one DG Mechanic etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 'A' Check/ daily routine check by each Month include the followings for item No.7 :- (i) Check Engine oil level and toping up as and when required (Engine oil shall l be supplied by MES free for filling ) (ii) Check Engine Coolant level if required top up (Coolant shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item) (iii) Check Belts if there is belt slippage adjust or replace(New belt shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item] (iv) Check oil bath cleaner oil level . (v) Check Exhaust System for leakage. (vi) Drain sediment from Fuel filter & Fuel Tank. (vii) Check dry type air filter element and clean or replace (Replacement required shall be measured and paid separately) (viii) Check engine alternator coupling and mounting bolts. (ix) Tight all bolts and nuts in Alternator Terminal Box. (x) Check carbon brushes (Brush type) and connections in Alternator.
