Taking down existing old unserviceable LT UG/service cable of any description and size complete all as specified and as directred.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 11000 volts (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core conforming to IS 7098/ (PART-II) 1985 with latest amendments and testing on completion complete all as directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor of cross section area 150 sqmm, 3.5 core including jointing materials such as cable glands & lugs etc complete all as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm and testing on completion including taking out old unserviceable cable jointing kit complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of package type/unitised 11kV / 433 V Outdoor sub-station ,100kVA made from G. I. enclosure complete as required conforming to IEC 62271-202 only and relevant IS specifications including K-10 Temperature Class as applicable for the rating, Internal Arc of 21 KA/1 Sec. IAC AB on PCC foundation of suitable size in (1:2:4) Type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, extending 500 mm all around the outdoor enclosure and 1000 mm height (above avg ground level) complete with suitable size of GI Pipes for incoming/outgoing cables/earthing strips etc. and consisting of following complete as required. Angle iron frame of size 40x40x5mm all along the corner of the foundation. Vacuum Interrupter, RMU,LT panel, MFM and CSS enclosure shall be of same make to ensure life cycle optimization. (Note : CSS shall be from OEMs only . Licensed System Integrators shall not be allowed to supply.) Package substation shall consist of the following equipments :

HT SWITCHGEAR :- 11kV 630Amps 21KA/3 sec. Non-Extensible Ring Main Unit Compact switchgear consisting of 1 nos. fixed manual operated Vacuum Circuit Breaker Module along with additional cable module in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure (2.5mm thick SS-304 grade stainless steel) enclosure with series trip, self powered microprocessor based numerical over current and earth fault relay protection. HT RMU shall preferably have site replaceable bushings to have very less downtime in the event of bushing breakage and restoration can be done immediately without sending the RMU to OEM Works. Interconnection between HT Switchgear and primary of transformer shall be done through 1C x 3R x 95 sq.mm Aluminium XLPE cable. - 1 No. Microprocessor based IDMT Relay for Circuit Breakers - Self Powered along with series trip coil. Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system with LED VCB operating sequence must be O-0.3sec-CO-3MIN-CO Protection CT shall be minimum 40/1A ,2.5VA ,5P10. - 3 nos. All modules of the RMU shall be suitable for cable termination of 3C x 300 sq.mm Al XLPE Cable, incoming cable termination is included within the scope of work - 1 Set

TRANSFORMER :- 100 KVA 11KV/433V DYN-11 Copper Wounded Cast Resin Dry Type Transformer with Off load tap links of -5% to +5% @ 2.5% with WTI scanner,Class of Insulation: F, Temperature rise limits 90 degree Celcius over an ambient of 40 degrees. Losses shall be as per latest ECBC-2021 code with WTI scanner. - 1 No. Winding Temperature Indicator with 1 alarm and trip contact. - 1 No. Surge arrestor in the HV side. - 1 Set LT PANEL :- LVS PANEL 200 AMPS 4 pole Aluminium BUSBAR (100% FOR PHASES AND 100% FOR NEUTRAL) - CURRENT DENSITY OF Aluminum as 1 A/sq.mm. ; LT panel made up of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet APFC Section :- APFC Panel (i) 60 KVAR Capacitor bank with suitable MCB/MCCBs and Contactors MS Steel Sheet enclosure suitable for indoor/ Outdoor Installation as directed with MS channels (Base) - 01 Set (ii) Provision for receiving Incoming and Outgoing cables with VCB and ACB of suitable capacity through Bottom entry, Excluding Termination Kit and Glands - 01 Set

INCOMER Cum OUTGOING FROM TRANSFORMER 200 Amps 433V 4P 50Hz 50KA MCCB Multifunction meter of class 0.5 accuracy. - 1 No. along with suitable CT. All Civil works such as PCC foundation, Plateform, Filling trench and pedestal etc as per CSS manufacturer's recommendation are included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE Outdoor type encloser of 1.5 mm (For non load bearing members) & 2.0 mm (For load bearing members) thickness having modular construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel in suitable design for better heat dissipation and providing robust construction. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP 23 degree of protection for transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be painted with epoxy based powder paint (colour RAL 7032). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The design of the enclosure should be type tested for suitablly handling any arcing inside the compartment for providing better safety to the operator. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment.Vacuum Interrupter,RMU,LT panel, MFM and CSS shall be of same make to ensure life cycle optimization.

a] Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11 kV / 0.433 kV, 315 kVA Factory Assembled, Factory Tested ready to install and connections type Compact Substation with an outdoor enclosure, equipped with 315 kVA Dry type Transformer, Ring Main Unit and Air Circuit Breaker as secondary side control complete with HT Cable interconnection in between Transformer and Ring Main Unit and LT Cable interconnection in between Transformer and LV Incoming Main Switchgear-ACB for full load output current of the transformer and Internal earthing connections by GI Strips all as a single transport unit complete all as specified as detailed below. Make of Compact Sub-Station, Ring Main Unit and Air Circuit Breaker must be same. (Note : CSS shall be from OEMs only . Licensed System Integrators shall not be allowed to supply.) Package substation will have the following equipment :-

[b] Enclosure: Outdoor type Galvanized enclosure having modular construction with 2mm thick Galvanized Iron Sheet in Corrugated / Louvered design type wall design for better heat dissipation and providing robust construction. The degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment shall be IP54 & degree of protection of transformer compartment of the enclosure shall be minimum IP34. The enclosure exterior shall be painted with polyurethane paint / epoxy powder coated paint shade RAL 7032 and tropicalised to Indian weather conditions. Each compartment shall be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Enclosure to be tested for Internal Arc fault test to the tune of at least 21 KA for 1 second (IAC A and IAC B) to ensure Operator as well as Pedestrian / General Public Safety, adhering to as per latest IEC 62271-202. CSS should have mechanical impact test compliance of IK10. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment. Structure of the substation shall be able to withstand the gross weight of all equipment. The Compact Substation shall be provided with lifting beams and hooks for easy installation at site and it shall be possible to transport the equipment along with Transformer & LT Panel from one site to another. Dimensions of enclosure shall be as per the components required and mentioned in BoQ. Final drawing shall be got approved from Accepting Officer.

[c] HT Switchgear [Inside Compact Sub-Station]: Four way 11KV, 630 Amps, 21 kA / 3 Sec 25kA/1s with IAC of 21kA/1s (gas tank and cable chamber), Non-Extensible Ring Main Unit / Compact Switchgear with Copper Busbar, consisting of 630 Amps, Two Numbers [As incomer] fixed Manual Fault Making / Load Break Switches & Two Numbers Fixed Motorised SF6 insulated Vacuum Circuit Breakers [As Outgoing], line side earth switch with own making capacity in SF6 Gas insulated sealed for life minimum 2 mm Thickness stainless steel tank IP 67 degree of protection for gas tank with Air Insulated Metering Module,One Number fault passage indicator shall be provided for each Load Break Switch with 1 NO + 1 NC Contact, One Number manometer shall be provided for outgoing feeders, One set of 50/1A, 2.5 VA, Class 1.0 for metering & One set of 50 / 1A, 2.5 VA, CL 5P 10 Current Transformers shall be provided, One number of Digital Multifunction Meter with RS 485 Port shall be provided for VCB Feeders, One Set of 11 kV / RT3 / 110 / RT3, Class 1.0, 20 kVA PTs shall be provided in Metering Module. Vacuum Circuit Breakers shall be with self-powered micro- processor based Numerical Over Current and Earth Fault Relay having Charged Open / Closing Mechanism, On / Off Indicators, Mechanical Operation Counters etc. Interconnection between RMU and Transformer shall be using suitable Aluminium armoured 3 nos. 1C X 95 sq.mm. Aluminium armoured (E) XLPE cable. The vacuum interrupter of RMU must have min. of 50 nos. of short circuit operations.

[d] Transformer [Inside Compact Sub-Station]:- 315 KVA, SCADA compatible,11KV / 433V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, DYn11, natural air without fan cooling dry type, Copper Wound, CRGO Core Transformer with Online Circuit Tap Links of range +5% to –5% in steps of 2.5% on HT side of transformer, having Primary Voltage [HT] 11 KV and Secondary Voltage [LT] of 433 Volts, Delta connected on 11 KV Side & Star connected on 433 Volts side, designed & constructed with particular reference to Tropical Condition, [e] LV Switchgear [Inside Compact Sub-Station]:- 433 Volts, indoor LV Panel with Aluminium Busbars [100% for Phase & 50% for neutral, fabricated using 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet Steel, Ingress Protection IP4X, Compartmentalised complete with internal wiring consisting of following: [i] Incomer: ACB, 630 Amps, FP, 50 KA, 433 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Fixed Motorised type with Microprocessor based O/L, S/C, E/F Release – 1 No

[f] Condition monitoring :- Thermal sensors must be considered in cable chamber of RMU, busbar of LT panel and contacts of ACB for online temperature monitoring (24x7 monitoring). Condition monitoring solution shall be web accessible and shall provide Expert consultancy with advanced analytics & proactive recommendations basis insights drawn from continuous monitoring & data trends. Bidder to consider one year subscription cost for advanced anayltics by experts. [g] Compact Substation shall be outdoor Plinth Mounted Type. The rate quoted is deemed to be including the cost of Erection, Commissioning of Compact Substation and Civil work such as Construction of foundation with Concrete / Brick masonry with plastering for the installation of Compact Substation of required size including trench for the cabling work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the GE. However the bidder shall furnish the foundation details for approval of GE before executing the work.

[h] Compact Substation shall be complete with the internal interconnections Copper Busbar & GI Earthing on HT side and Aluminium Busbar on LT side and Aluminium Earthing for complete CSS including TF Neutral for connecting to the earth pits. [j] The bidder shall assemble the Compact substation at factory and no assembly of the same shall be allowed at site. Bidder shall be responsible for Installation & commissioning Compact substation. Technical data sheet of the Transformer, HV / LV Switchgear, Relay etc. shall be submitted to GE for approval before placing the supply order. [k] All testing shall be conducted as per IS -2026 [l] The bidder shall supply suitable & required no. of HT & LT Cable termination kits along with Compact Substation for HT & LT Cable terminations. [m] The Design for Internal Arc Fault shall be tested for 20KA for 1 Second as per IEC 330/62271-202.

[n] Pre-Dispatch Inspection: Bidder shall quote for pre-dispatch inspection at OEM works. Only after the equipments are cleared by the department in writing, the bidder can dispatch the equipment. Routine tests shall be conducted and original test certificates shall be submitted at the time of Pre-Dispatch Inspection. [o] Commissioning Spares: Additional commissioning spares such as Digital Multifunction Meter – 1 No, Indication lamps – 3 Nos, Protection Relay – 1 Nos, Spring Charging Handles – 2 Nos and Panel Keys – 2 Nos shall be provided by the bidder. [p] Suppressors or other protection devices shall be provided, if required as per schedule of quantities, wherever the sub-station installation is likely to interfere during the operation with any other electric or electronic equipment. Note for BOQ Sl Item No. 05, 06 & 07:- (i) OEM test certificate of the relevant make wrt to compliance of ( latest IEC-61330 ) technical specifications with test report to be produced before obtaining the make approval.

M & L, in replacement, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60 cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level connecting to and including GI steel strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent of 7.5 mtrs as earthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per Electrical plate No 3 of SSR par - I (2009) including PCC foundation/chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with angle iron frame CI frame, CI cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal ( for LT Panels). Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing strip upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point including spreading complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, Class HV type-1, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.
