Supplying and laying of 32 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors/trenches including special fittings like CPVC Brass fittings (Brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded brass adaptor) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of 20 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors/trenches including special fittings like CPVC Brass fittings (Brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded brass adaptor) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix brass cromium plated health faucet suitable for 20 mm outer dia of CPVC pipe with 1.2m long flexible tube and wall hook including making connections complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated and un-sheathed single core FRLSH copper cable 1100 volts grade with multi-stranded copper conductor in and including PVC rigid concealed conduit and conduit accessories alongwith continuous earth wire 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated and un-sheathed single core FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade with multi-stranded copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly, with and including 1.6 mm thick cadmium plated sunk MS pressed steel terminal boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws complete for one light/fan point controlled by one way switch.

Supply and fixing Air Circulator fan 450mm sweep metal body AC Single phase 230V with electrically connecting with twisted three core PVC insulated unsheathed flexible cord of 0.70 Sqmm copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to air circulator fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED fitting very high efficiency round high bay in PDC housing suitable for industrial application. The luminaire has efficiency upto 150Lm/W to reduce quantity/wattage thereby reducing operational cost ingress protection of IP66 with additional safety chain lights fitting 1 x 120 W, 220V, AC diver connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from circuit complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connetced with galvanised wire of 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 15mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke dust and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded, copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sq mm (nominal area), 1100 volts grade drawn through and including adequate size PVC concealed conduit and accessories (IS-694 marked in PVC conduit) and fittings and one run of 1.5 Sq mm single core FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor. NOTES :- (a) Two runs of copper conductor, one run of earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one run length.

S&F PVC cable Junction Box IP66 "halogen free and weather proof for out door installation of size 167 x 125 x 82 mm suitable for street light incoming and outgoing cables(with meteric knockouts for cable entry) up to 10 sqmm 2 core (with terminals) make suitable to fix on poles including clamps, nut complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix for 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade bracket over all 1.2 mtr length with cutting as required and bend to shape with flat iron 50 mm x 6mm clamp 2 Nos, nut bolts and washers complete for fixing street light on electric poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix DWCPE (Double wall corrugated) (SN 8) 180mm outer dia and 163mm inner dia pipe ISI marked with smooth internal and corrugated (profiled) external surface with anti rodent property and shall be conforming to IS-16098 (Part-2) : latest amendmended laid in trenches including connections and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 180mm dia laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested as per specification of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC septic tank conventional type for 50 users design to carry sewage and sludge water constructed with RCC M-30 (Design Mix) including excavation in any type of soil earthwork, returning, filling in and removal of soil upto not exceeding 50m and as shown in TD drawing No. CESZ/2020/STD-02 sheet 1/2 & 2/2 and as specified and directed.

M & L for soakage well of size 1.8 m dia and 3 m effective depth including intercepting chamber and screen chamber, including excavation in any type of soil earthwork, returning, filling in and removal of soil upto not exceeding 50m and as shown in TD drawing No. CESZ/2020/TD-45, sheet 1/2 & 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.
