Demolition of brickwork masonry built in lime or cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but including concrete articles and removing to store.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/decoarated wall surfaces and applying two coats of water proof cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape, any size and laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Laying of machine pressed precast interlocking paver block of any shape, any size (except tiles) with sand cushioning at same or other location with proper slope complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Old sand to be used after screening & cleaning).

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M & L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregae as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete.

M & L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kerbs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of glazed lacquer hardener paint (polyurethane and acrylic polymers based anti fungal) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete.

M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base.

M & L for high strength coloured endura vitrified tiles min thkness 12 mm for heavy loads etc laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 set, jointed and pointed with matching colour cement and using pigment complete all as specified by Engr in Charge.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 250x250x25 mm thick laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 set, jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 with grey cement and using pigment as in paths complete all as specified.

M & L Precast cement concrete kerbs stone block (M-30) of size 300x150x375 mm depth or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl fixing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
