Improvement of Water Supply and Soucre augumentation to Pennagaram Town Panchayat
Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth (SS20B) etc.,complete - I Depth.
Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of crushed stone sand (M - Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump is suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V+6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP, Fully Automatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter for above 20 HP starting and for continuous operation.
Labour charges for the erection of 5.0Hp submersible pump set in bore well/open well including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps up to the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges up to the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventer, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pump set and trail run for 10 days.

Floor mounting type air/ oil cooled Auto Transformer Starter with tapings at 50%, 65%, 80%, housed in robust steel chamber with arc and main contacts confirming to IS 8544 Part IV for operation in AC three Phase 50 Hz (+/- 5%), 415V (+/- 10%) with the following components etc. under voltage release with no volt coil, over load relay with dash pot arrangements, single phasing preventor, LED ON/ OFF switches, Mounted Ammeter, Earth leakage relay, contactor assembly suitable for next standard KW rating, in coming and out going cable entry provisions, transformer tank including first filling of oil etc.
Supply and delivery of Horizontal split casing centrifugal pump conforming to IS 1520 and as amended thereafter with CI casing and split glands, stainless steel shaft, hydraulically and dynamically balanced bronze impellers capable of discharging of 2400 LPM X 180m Head quantity of water against a total head noted below due to all causes and with the accessories such as G.M air release cock, Grease cup, G.I priming funnel, M.S lifting hook, drip water G.I pipe connections, leading to the outside of pump house rubber water deflector, double flap foot valve, G.M strainer including unique type coupling, common M.S fabricated base to mount pump and motor and other standard fittings etc complete. Pump shall be capable of discharging the specified quantity at the head noted at the minimum NPSH at site conditions. The shut off head shall be atleast 25% over and above the head at duty point. The pump shall be suitable for operation in AC three phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM.
