Revamping and Expansion of Existing Smoke Detection System

Lum-Sum Price for LSTK Component: Lump sum price for Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Integration, Networking, Testing and Commissioning of the new intelligent addressable microprocessor based Smoke Detection Systems (SDS) including replacement of existing SDS at ONGC URAN & Trombay Terminal as per the enclosed scope of work. Rates are inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, insurance, octroi, cess etc. including but not limited to applicable custom duty, excise duty sales tax,work contract tax, GST as applicable to complete the job.

Lump sum Charges for comprehensive annual maintenance contract (AMC) for 5 years for the entire system for “Revamping & Expansion of Existing Smoke Detection Systems at ONGC Uran Plant & Trombay terminal" after 1 year warranty period including the batteries for all power supplies of the panels inclusive of all taxes as per Scope of Work.

Microprocessor based fire alarm control panel, expandable to minimum 8 loops fully networkable with each loop capable of taking at least 126 devices with a min loop length support of 1500mtrs. Laying of 2Cx 1.5 sq.mm , 1.1 kV grade flexible FRLS copper conductor armoured twisted cable with steel braided and overall shielded with aluminum mylar tape, including connectors, PVC conduit etc. as required

Laying of Six core single / multi mode armoured fibre optic cable that integrates all the SDS control panel at Uran Plant with PVC conduit etc. and termination of all six cores of FO cables at respective locations.

Installation and Commissioning of new system & revamping of existing system that includes SDS control panels, Repeater panels, Smoke Detectors, MCPs, Hooters, Relay modules & LHS Zone Interface Modules etc. including Engineering, Configuring, Testing & Documentation etc. of the entire system as per the Scope of Work including Dismantling of the old system and shifting of all the scrap materials generated during execution of the work to the site designated by ONGC.

Revamping and Commissioning of Mimic Panel, 02 No HMI workstation, Network Switch, Processor Node or any other controller necessary for successful integration of all SDS control panel for centralized monitoring facility at Fire Control Room including Engineering, Software Designing, Configuring, Testing & Documentation etc. of the entire system as per the scope of work.

Description

Charges for Post Warranty Comprehensive AMC, including supply of spares for 5 years (20 quarters) for Uran Plant & Trombay Terminal inclusive of applicable tax etc. as per scope of the comprehensive AMC for Intelligent Addressable Smoke Detection Systems (SDS).
