Painting two coats with Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make to door and window including sand papering , polishing the surface with cost ,conveyance of all materials ,labour, T&P brush& scaffolding charges etc . Required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kind of soil including moorum, stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing the leveling the bed up to the required level and depositing the excavated earth away from the site with all leads & lifts including shuttering etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand including watering and ramming with cost & conveyance of all materials, labours, & T & P all taxes royalty etc complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge.

PCC(1:3:6)in foundation/floor bed concrete using 40 mm & below size b.h.c.b granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering ramming &curing etc compacting to required level laid in layers not exceeding 4’’ thick including cost conveyance all taxes royalty &cost of all material & labours T&P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

PCC (1:2:4) cement concrete using 12 mm to 20 mm size b.h.c.b. granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc compacting to required le vel including cost, conveyance all taxes royalty and cost of all materials and labours T & P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry work in cm (1:6) using Fly ash brick size (10” x 5” x 3”)cm having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg /cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hour in water before use in Foundation & plinth including splays cutting & circular molding hoisting watering curing etc with cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials & cost of all labours T&P for the work in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry work in cm (1:6) using Fly ash brick size (10” x 5” x 3”)cm having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg /cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hour in water before use in Super structure including splays cutting & circular molding hoisting watering curing etc with cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials & cost of all labours T&P for the work in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) to wall surface including watering curing with cost conveyance & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges.

Fixing tiles granite slab (0.1 to 0.4 sqm) in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles. per 1 sqm (Data for 10 sq.mt.)

Providing and laying of 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade and approved make variety colour and size made by Block making machin with strong vibratory compaction of approved design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Earth work leveling in all kind of soil by mechanical means upto 5km lead and loading in to truck and unloading from truck including dressing the leveling the bed upto the required level and depositing the excavated earth away from the site with all leads and lifts etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2m @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless aqare pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved size and design including cost conveyance taxes &royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges.

Providing fitting and fixing cutting and cleaning of Industrial tile flooring of size (1’.0” x 1’.0”) or any approved ISI brand to floor not less with 25 mm thick cement slurry C.M..(1:1) with grouting materials of approved quality for fixing including cost, conveyance of all materials, labours T & P hire charges of machine all taxes etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.
