Design, Fabrication and Construction of CENTRAL MI ROOM AT TEZU MIL STN in RCC Framed Structure as per Site plan and line plan and revised thereof. Specification given in Sch A Notes and Particular Specifications including complete RCC foundation and plinth, Flooring, Joinery and Finishes complete all as specified. (i) Size – As per Arch drawing (ii) Height – as per Drg (iii) Fdn – To be design as per SBC report with RCC framed construction. (iv) Plinth – Burnt Brick wk in CM 1:6 (v) DPC – 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with WPC (vi) Super Structure – All RCC structure to be M25 design mix burnt brick wk wall upto ceiling. (vii) Seismic Zone – Strengthening measures for Zone V (viii) Roof – 0.50mm thick Pre-painted Galvalume sheet with MS steel frame structure on living area, roof slab with roof treatment - 150 mm thick on ground floor roof verandhah & Bathroom. (ix) Ceiling : False ceiling with powder coated snap grid frame work. (ix) Internal Plaster – Internal 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) (x) Mirror polished kota stone on, verandah & non skid ceramic tiles in toilet and bathroom over 15 mm thick screed bed in base of CM 1:6 over a layer of PCC 1:2:4 over sub base of 1:5:10. (xi) Dado/Skirting – Glazed ceramic tiles over 10 mm thick cement screed in CM (1:3) up to lintel height. (xii) Joinery – Frames – pressed steel, shutter – Factory made flush door shutter (TD Drg No CESZ/2015/TD/03 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2) & molded / WPC doors in toilet bathroom (xiii) Joinery Window – aluminum powder coated window with Guard bars/grill (xiv) Stainless steel routing on first floor of verandah & staircase. (xv) Iron monger – Prefabricated aluminum anodized fittings. (TD Drg No CESZ/2015/TD/03 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2) (xvi) Plinth Protection – 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 over stone hard core. (xvii) Painting – Synthetic enamel paint on steel/wooden surface. (xviii) Finishes – Internal - 02 coats of oil emulsion distemper incl 1mm thick wall care putty over a coat of primer. External - 02 Coats of weather proof exterior emulsion over one coat of primer. (xix) Antitermite treatment - As per IS-6313 Part-II : 2001 (xx) Mosquito proofing - All external doors & Windows (xxi) 18mm thick granite over CM 1:3 for steps (xxii) Sanitory Fitting – Vitreous China EWC, WHB ect of approved make including plumbing work (TD Drg No CESZ/TD-38 Sheet No 1/2 & 2/2 and TD Drg No CESZ/TD-31 Sheet No 1/2 & 2/2). M & L for boring 100 mm dia hole in all kind of soil upto maximum depth 6 meter or up to refuse (N=100) whichever meet earlier including collection of undisturbed sample from cohesive soil only conducting standard penitration test at 6 meter and 1.5 meter interval alternatively as per relevant IS code complete all as directed.

Completion of field work & lab test result and submission of report in Per Job quadruplicate suggesting depth of foundation type of fundation and safe bearing capacity with CD-1 (one) copy complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying DWC 50mm pipe SN8 laid in trenches for protection of cable all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix DOL Starter FOR 1 HP Motor all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing pumpset,cetrifugal,electric driven 1 HP AC single phase 230V inclusive of electrical connections and PCC foundation with MS frame and GI sheet cover all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation,single phase and naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 130V to 280V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity upto 5KVA complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent type Direct Injection water cooler Diesel engine driver Generating set of capacity 35KVA comprising of 4 cylinder in line, 4 stroke rated at 1500 RPM in line not less than 50 BHP, with AMF Control Panel with necessary protection & measures and accessories complete as per the standard design of original OEM of DG Set including sound proof canopy confirming to BS-5514 with the following specifications- ENGINE (i) In line fuel pump with mechanical governor suitable for 35 KVA DG Set. (ii) Stainless steel exhaust flexible coupling and exhaust pipe to insulated with glass fire wool to be claded with plain Gl sheet and extended outside the building. (iii) Silencer extended outside to the building complete. (iv) Radiator. (v) Coolant inhabitor. (vi) Plate type lubricant oil cooler. (vii) Spin-on-filter-coolant, fuel & lubricant oil. (viii) Dry type heavy duty replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator, (ix) Flywheel housing and flywheel to suit single bearing alternator. (x) Battery charging alternator. (ii) Power contactors of suitable sizes, Air breake type-02 Nos (iii) Digital type multi functional meter-01 Nos. (iv) Current transformer (CT) of rating 100/5, tape wound, rated burden 5VA-03 Nos. (v) Micro processor based relay manual switch-01 Nos (vi) Sutiable annunciation with features of following protections:- Over voltage, under voltage, under frequency, Low pressure oil. Nothing shall be admissible on this account (b) Testing of the DG Set shall be carried out by the rep of the accepting office/ IEM (c) The Contractor shall submit the drawing for approval of the GE before procument of the DG Set (d) Resistive load whether water load or strip heaters of suitable capacity and POL/ DHPP for testing of DG Set to be made abailable during test by the contracotr. (e) The DG Set shall be procured from authorized OEM and of same group. The accoustic panel shall also be manufactured by the same OEM (f) Anything missed out above bht is requried for efficient working of GD set is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate (g) Eartings LT cable and other connected works shall be measured and paid seperately under releveant schuedule.
