REPAIRS RESURFACING TO ROADS REPLACEMENT OF ROAD FURNITURE AND ROAD MARKING PAINT ETC AT INS CHILKA

M&L for repairs to potholes any depth, not exc. 1 sqm each including sweeping, free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc., cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder of paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified.

M&L Preparing existing black top road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clearned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc ,complete all as specified.

M&L Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumen VG -30 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified.

M&L for laying 25 mm consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content with paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using hot mix plant and paver equipment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Moorum /red bajri filling spread thickness,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, complete all as specified.

M& Preparation of new/old surfaces of road / pavements and the like 10 cm wide and applying 1 mm thick (reflective type) resin thermoplastic paint for road marking strips, lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. of approved colour/make, by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater etc., driven by the skilled operator complete all as per MORTH specifications and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable Raised Pavement Markers and S&F Raised Pavement Markers of size 110 mm x 90 mm x17 mm made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with minimum reflective area of 13 sqcm on each side and slope to the base shall be 35 (+) or (-) 5 degree and fixing with twin polymer epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's specification / instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make: 3M/Dark eye or equivalent as approved by GE

Removing old unserviceable solar road studs and S&F Smart solar road studs of size 125 mm x125 mm and 25 mm thick and 55 mm long,40 mmdia stud with 6 Nos diod bulbs (3 Nos each side),electronically operated and designed to operate automatically in the darkness,powered from rechargeble nickel cadmium battery to be charged through solar cells main frame cast aluminium with polycarbonate cover on side complete all as per manufacturer's specification / instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make: 3M/Dark eye or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F Delineator dual directional retro reflective round short made out MS pipe of outer dia 76 mm and 900 mm length,450 mm wide (150 mm wide each),reflective band of colour white and red reflective bands protected with welded wire mesh cage and all as per manufacturer's specification / instructions and fixing with screws complete all as specified and as directed. Make: 3M/Dark eye or equivalent as approved by GE.

Dismantling posts/struts/MS pipe of any section/dia including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, concrete,brick work,masonry,etc as in concrete,brick work complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and removing rubbish up to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
