SPL REPAIR OF OLD LT PANEL AT RAW WATER PUMP HOUSE INCLUDING CONENCTING ITEMS OF NDA KHADAKWASLA ALONGWITH PROVN OF CATTLE FENCE WITH MS GATE AT JFC AREA AT NDA KHADAKWASLA AND ADDN ALTN RENOVATION OF PAY AND ACCOUNT SECTION AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cable etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in Soft/ Loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks Type B1 1:2: 4 of 20mm graded aggregates or slabs 7.5 cm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar, complete, in walls,etc all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 Nominal Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span and like complete all as specified and directed.(Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for Cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring, pinning in and making good to surface where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc., cutting not exc 10 cm girth including 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall, making surface matching to adjacent surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc. also splayes between floors and beams in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.
