M&L for premix/ready-mix plaster 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, roofs, beams, columns etc in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement over a coat of ultratech seal and dry 5 plush as bonding agent including necessary form work safety precaution up to six storey bldgs complete all as specified & directed.

M&L laying of fine aggregate ( sand) 50 mm thick for laying of interlocking paver vide item No 15 above including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of reinforced concrete pipes of 600 mm bore pipes, class NP 2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for :- (a) Cleaning the surface, remove dust, dirt, loose particles and unsound substrate and grading with cement mortar (1:4), 10 mm thick, as in slab surfaces, beams, columns, parapet and junction of walls etc., grading with a slope of 1 in 120 mixed with liquid/ integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction as approved by GE (water proofing compound to be measured separately only for cement mortar/ PCC Work (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of water proofing shield primer @ 0.50 kg/Sqm as a bonding layer over finished plaster surface including cleaning the surface. (c) Over the coat of bitumen bonding layer as above APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.0 kg/Sqm) and 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric, unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm or end over lap of 100 mm. The overlaps are then sealed/ fused by flame technology method as per manufacturer's instruction. (d) Sealing edges well into grooves & protect with CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work for water proofing treatment on roofs shall be executed through original manufacturer's or their authorised applicator.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4,type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction as in roof floors complete all as specified and directed. (water proofing compound to be measured separately).

M&L for cement concrete tiles of size 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm / 30 cm x 30cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment in roofs, floors over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, railing, and the like as directed without disturbing the core of RCC member, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including application of rust removal cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement (and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper) and also applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufactures method of application to re bar corrosion protection system to reinforcement surface of steel reinforcement after that applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface with 1 part of sika latex or equivalent in Forsoc/BASF/Dr Sunanda with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight, coverage of sika latex shall not be more than 0.25 Kg/Sqm for one coat. Adhesive bond strength not less that 2.5 mpa, After this, providing 40mm (average thickness) guiniting mix @ pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqcm with anti corrosion admixture (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 43grade and 2part of Ghagger sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturer instruction and as directed) including stripping floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary, formwork and scaffolding, complete surface of guiniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacture instructions cleaning and removing of waste material etc complete all as specified and directed. (All services and work includinginternal and external surfaces and members including necessary scaffolding, framed, safety precautions of up to six storey buildings and narrow toilet shaft).

S&F welded steel wire fabric, n.exc 4 Kg weight per sqm, cut to length bent to shape required and fixing with galvanised steel staples or welding supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed base 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies with 1:2:4 type B0 mix (using 12:5 mm graded stone aggregate) including all mouldings but excluding frame, and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 as in louvers and jellies, win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars,bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section dicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rebuilding the section of structural damaged spelled concrete or RCC elements to its original size or as per recommendations by engineer-in-charge in thickness up to 40mm in layers of 20 mm each of average thickness 30mm by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber reinforced cementitious polymer modified mortar having compressive strength >= 50 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 5N/ mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79 complete all as specified and directed.

The unit rate shall include the cost of form work for providing micro concrete patch repair as required at site with steel jack system and steel props to support the form work in this application of high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated, micro concrete for placing in nominal thickness of 50 mm to 150 mm for concrete repair complete all as specified and directed.. Providing and fixing rebar of required length & diameter with Sika anchor fix R-3+/Mungo/Fischer FISV 390/Hilti RE-500 Epoxy resign where ever required in RCC members including power drilling, cleaning of holes then rebar shall be inserted in holes that shall be fixed with epoxy to ensure the bond as per manufacturers recommendation complete as per site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge of 100 mm deep(minimum), 16 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 12 mm dia reinforcement bars (All services and work, scaffolding, safety precautions including internal and external surfaces and members of six storey building).

The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of diesel/electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting machines fitted with pump of requisite capacity and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal sites. The sludge deposited in the sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipments and with strict supervision complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc alongwith the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (c) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall interalia deem to include the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc (d) The effective length of pipe for the purpose of payment shall be excluding the length of manhole.

Desluding of existing chocked manholes of depth upto 2.5 m for liquid, solids and slurry material by mechanical means using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of minimum 5000 Ltr and suction tank capacity of 300 Ltrs and 260 LPM with minimum 145 bar suction flow of 10200 LPM including skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc outside the MOD land/premises at any distance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge including loading, unloading, digging out pit of any size in any type of soil, surring sludge/silt/spoil/mud etc into the pit and spraying bleaching powder over the entire surface complete including taking of the manhole cover for the entire process as above and replacing the manhole cover in its position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc alongwith the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal sites. (c) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (d) The unit rate shall deem to include for all material, labour (skilled/unskilled), tools and plants and requisite quantity of water for the entire operation and transportation arrangements. (e) The sludge so removed shall include the cost of dewatering also.

Note:- (a) The service provider/contractorduring the mechanized operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with machanised operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site.
