Providing and applying One coat of red oxide primer and two coats of first quality Synthetic enamel paint of Asian / Berger /Nerolac/ICI dulux/ Shalimar make of approved make of approved shade/colour and conforming to relevant BIS specification of latest edition and with properties as per Annexure A over existing painted/new surfaces exterior and interior surfaces of wood/plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces by sand papering and cleaning the area , providing, fixing and removing necessary scaffolding/platform etc.,. complete all as per specification, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all heights/lifts and at all locations at all height up to 100.00 mtr from ground level.

Providing and applying One Coat of Efflorescence Resistant Penetrating Primer [Prim seal of Dr. Fixit or equivalent product from Pidilite/Sika/Forsoc (efflorescence Resistant Penetrating Primer shall be white in colour with percentage of solid more than 35 %, primer shall have excellent bonding to porous sub strata & weathering resistance) and Two Coats of Heavy Duty Reinforced Acrylic Water Resistant, anti fungal, ready to use / non dilutable, high tensile, elastomeric, non-toxic, breathable, UV resistant paint (Dr. Fixit Raincoat classic or equivalent) in white or any other light shades as approved with percentage of solid more than 60 %, compatible to above mentioned primer and shall have crack bridging ability. Item includes carrying out thorough inspection of surface of flat / sloped roof slab / Sunshade / chajja / porch, vertical wall surfaces, joints of RCC member with masonry and wherever water proofing is to be carried out, opening of cracks & joints in the surface and providing & filling the same by acrylic based non shrink crack sealing compound [before application of efflorescence Resistant Penetrating Primer and UV resistant paint], providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, scaffolding, preparation of base properly, collecting & disposing the generated waste & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per specification, and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights.

Providing and applying Two Coats of High Build Epoxy Paint [Self Priming] of Berger / Asian / Kansai/ Nerolac make conforming to NPCIL Technical Specification No.-PP-M-0988.of approved shade / colour, over existing painted surfaces [old] of external ladders, wall, flooring & concrete etc. including preparation of base by removing peeled out paint, wire brushing, sand papering & cleaning properly before application of putty & paint, providing & applying Epoxy based Putty [wherever required], providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / scaffolding, collecting & disposing the generated waste & cleaning the work area etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, manufacturers standard technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height. Note: The Engineer in charge shall check the coverage as per the manufacturer's specification.
