R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in T. Beam, Slab Roof and R.C.C. Column excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid. Excluding GST.

P/F 1mm thick M.S. sheet sliding shutters with frame and diagonal brance of 40x40x6mm angle iron 3.15mm gusset plates at the junction and corners hooks at top 25mm dia putty at bottom 40x40x6mm angles and t iron guldes at top and bottom respective inl. locking arrangement with handle etc complete and applying one priming coat of approved lead paint.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes (weight not less than 10 kg per sqm) fixing with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws,
