Surface excavation n.exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5mwide and n. exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc not exceeding 10sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm In soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, in soils complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1(20mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation, coping etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished surfaces of drain or channels, inner girth 30 cms, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for RCC 1:2: 4 , type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) Nominal mix as in Walls, base of drain, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TMT bars 6 mm dia to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircas railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc for fair finish surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 , C-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in sub-base coarse complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in flooring 50mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B- 2, (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made 80 mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking tile paver blocks of grade M-40 of size and shape as directed such as I-shape , Uni, Octagonal, Three-X, Dumble , zig, zaj etc , laid over and incl 50 mm thick sand custion (local Tibba sand ), laid dry , joints filled with dry sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : sand will be measured seprately.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mps as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel works in tabular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using FRW or induction but welded tubes confirming to grade IS- 1161-1979 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, incl bolts, if reqd : hooks (say), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges : large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts ; clamps; hold fasts; waal ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts,; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cmwidth or girth not otherwise described and applying twocoat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide on new surfaces in any tint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
