Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable rusted GI water mains and removal complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for following sizes:-

Supply and fixing GI tubing medium grade ISI marked laid in trenches/laid under floor on ground/floor including all fittings such as elbow, union, reducer, tees bends etc and short length complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge for following sizes:-

25mm dia bore

40mm dia bore

50mm dia bore

80mm dia bore

S&F in replacement gun metal gate valves of size 25mm bore ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed.

S&F in replacement gun metal gate valves of size 40mm bore ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed.

S&F in replacement gun metal gate valves of size 50mm bore ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve with stainless steel spindle and check nut of size 80mm dia suitable including removing unsv sluice valve complete as directed.

Supply and fixing Air release valve, single orifice, flanged cast iron, PN 1 of 50mm dia as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Air release valve, single orifice, flanged cast iron, PN 1 of 80mm dia as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying/repairs to pipe line and getting out in any soft soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning anf filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exe 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above starting point.

M&L for PCC type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in supporting pillar/block including necessary form work as required complete for resting GI Pipes

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations fillings and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked all fittings, laid in trenches under road or fixing on well/pole/crossing nallah, etc of 40 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L GI Strip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ceramic wall insulator white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers alone galvanised iron nut 50mm height 65mm dia for 550

M&L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate electrode not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to including galvanised iron strip size 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I connected to earth test point including provision of earth strip protected by 40mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of strata PCC pit with RCC cover, CI frame, char coal, salt & funnel etc complete all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Rate to be considered for earth strip to be fixed 7.5m long all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
