SCH 'A' PART-I

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 140V to 280V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5KVA complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Venus cat part No. VMRW-500V3 or equivalent in approved make.

SCH 'A' PART-II

Taking down UNSV flood light fittings from pole/structure/Bldg. from any height and repair/checking and identifying of faulty spares, wirings, cleaning of fittings, cover, etc. and reassembling the same after repair, testing and refixing in original position and reconnecting with the electrical line complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of street light energy saving & environmental friendly long life Versatile pressure die-cast aluminium roadway luminaire with high power 30 W LED, Make :Havells(cat no Endura Pearl MP30 or equivalent model of Make : Bajaj/C.G. after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of 48 Watt LED stree tlight made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, iP66 protection, impact resistance of iK07 & 10 KV external SPd, Make :Havells (cat No. ENDURAPEARLNEOS L48WLED757PASYTOPC) or equivalent model of approved make.

Taking down old/ unserviceable UG cable of any description complete all as directed.

Supply, Laying, Jointing, testing and replace in repairs 10 sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches/floor or fixed on wall/pole including brass compression cable gland, terminal lug etc after taking down the old unserviceable one complete.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose for laying cables, erection of poles complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing surplus excavated soil nexc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Laying only old bricks sub class(B) above sand cushioning (width of brick along the length of cable) for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt Sub Class 'B' locally available best quality laid in trenches perpendicular to UG cable above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified.

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread in uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old/ unserviceable GI pipe of any bore complete all as directed

Supply & fix GI tube light grade laid in trenches or fixed on wall, floor or on pole for cable protection complete all as specified for the 25 mm bore sizes

Horizontal Boring by Passing GI Protection Pipe up to 50mm Bore (dia), under Road /Foot Path, not exc. 10.00 METRE in a Single Length, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable service wires of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repair service connection,1100 volts grade,heavy duty cable with PVC insulated,multistranded aluminium conductor,served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed,flat or circular of size 2 core x 4 sqmm,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix street light bracket, bend to 120 degree angle, made out of 25 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade tubing (approx 1.2 mtr in length) including necessary two nos suitable size of clamps with nuts, bolts and washers, etc. and two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix street light bracket, bend to 120 degree angle, made out of 40 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade tubing (approx 1.5 mtr in length) including necessary two nos suitable size of clamps with nuts, bolts and washers, etc. and two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.
