Special Eligibility Criteria

   Regular and Bulk quantity ordering will be done on the bidder(s) who have supplied at least 20 % of tender quantity of the tendered item or Similar item in a single Purchase order to ECR or any other unit of Indian Railways in last 3 calendar years and current year till tender opening date. The onus of submission of credential i.e. R Note , Inspection certificates etc. lies with the firm.

   Bids of Original manufacturer (OEM) or their authorized dealers/agents only shall be considered for ordering. Dealers/agents should submit valid tender specific authorization from OEM alongwith bid.

   1.Have you attached any performance statements separately ? 2.I/We agreed to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us in accordance with the IRS condition of contract and [or] special and [or] other condition specified/attached with the tender. 3.I/We also confirm that rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant column of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance . Such terms quoted any where else should be ignored . [Denial of this condition not recommended] 4.Dealers to submit valid tender specific authorization along with the quotation failing which the offer may be likely rejected.

Commercial-Compliance

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
