Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of sides slopes and level as shown in the drawing according to the MORD technical specification clause 302,1603.1 and 1603.2 and disposal of excavated earth through all modes of transportation including head load with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, shuttering and pumping out water upto any depth or any quontam of water including slush which may be arise during de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as direction of Engineer-In-Charge and retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement isto Six sand isto Twelve graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeters) nominal size and down gauge) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of forms work in foundation and plinth, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto Four sand isto Eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetres ) nominal size and down gauge) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of forms work in foundation and plinth within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2: 4 (one cement; two sand :four graded /crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) mixed and vibrated mechanically so as to give a compressive strength corresponding to grade M-20(M-twenty) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation , footings, basis of columns etc. and the like and mass concrete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three point one five millimeters)thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeters),so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like etcetera including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry / polygonal rubble masonry ( un coursed / brought to courses ) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 ( one cement: six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size ) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 ( one cement: six sand) and curing complete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In beams joists channels, angle tee flat with connecting plates or angles cleate in beams or cross beams, hip or jack rafters, purlins connecting ,common rafter and in gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works within all leads, lifts of materials and other. incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (Hundred millimeter) dia PVC pipe weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain reinforced concrete, Abutments, Wing walls, Return walls and retaining/breast walls extended through the full width of the structure with slope I(V):20(H)(One vertical : Twenty Horizontal) towards drainage face complete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing fancing with 4mm dia plain G.I. wire conforming to IS. 280 and IS 4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (woven diagonally) i/c 10% Extra for laps and joints with angle iron or flate as per drawing and Technical specifications and as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi , royality, Malkana ,toll tax , sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Boulder filling behind the retaining wall, return wall ,wing walls abutment complete as per drawing and . technical specifications and as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
