M & L for Cutting existing CI or steel tubing of any size for alterations or additions and screwing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing valve pit and M&L for construction of valve pit consisisting of 230mm thick, old size brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6), PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregete as in fondation, PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregete in coping/bed, finished even and smooth, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) externally, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incuding three coats of white wash and earth work in any type of soil and including 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 40mmx40mmx6mm thick angle iron frame ambeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast & handle and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc. complete all as shown on drawing NO TD/2004/26 Sh 1/1 to 1/3 and as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 900mm x 750mm x 900mm.

(b) 900mm x 600mm x 1000mm.

S & F in replacement Cast Iron sluice valve, class PN- 1.6 with flanged and drilled ends any pattern including necessary jointing and jointing materials complete (with rubber gaskets, bolts and nuts etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge including taking down the old worn out sluice valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge for the following sizes :-

(a) 150 mm dia.

(b) 100 mm dia.

(c ) 80 mm dia.

Supply only high strength Calcium Hypochlorite based granular chlorination chemical having 60% to 70% available chlorine granuler must contain appropriate quantities of disinfectants/corrosion inhibitors to prevent encrustation/scaling in distribution, packed in 40/45 Kg plastic Drum complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only high strength TCC 90 based granular chlorination chemical having >90% available chlorine granuler must contain appropriate quantities of disinfectants/corrosion inhibitors to prevent encrustation/scaling in distribution, packed in 40/45/50 Kg plastic Drum complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for CI fittings for flanged pipes upto 150 mm bore ,bends ,cross Tee any type any radius and straight connecting pieces complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Lifting and lowering submirsible pump moter with the help of machine/ hydra/chain pully block with sufficent manpower including taking submersible cable dismentling and reconnectioing the pipe line including replacement of worn out/ rusted/old nuts & bolts, gasket with new proper size . Job includes cutting, welding any rusted pipe and flanges for safe working of submersible pump with motor of capacity UPTO 25 HP complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- During lifting/lowering of pump motor from borewell if falls in the borewell then contractor will arrange to take out the pump motor without any extra cost.

M&L for servicing submersible pump to make the pump functional, Servicing of defective submersible pump of following capacity by dismantling the pump & removing unserviceable parts and assemble the pump properly after replacements of unserviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed of the following capacity:- Note:- (a) The quoted rates are inclusive of transporting the pump from bore well site to repair work shop & back to site. (b) The quoted rates are inclusive of any spare required including seal, bearing/bush of pump to make the pump functional irrespective of item in this schedule.

(a) For motor of capacity 25 HP.

(b) For motor of capacity 15 HP.

(c) For motor of capacity 12.5 HP.

(d) For motor of capacity 10 HP.

M&L for Servicing of Submersible motor by taking out copper winding, cleaning the casing & slots with wire brush & washing with pressure water & shall be dried. Making the winding leak proof & taking out the electric connection with suitable size of submersible cable for the pump of following capacity complete all as specified and as directed :-

(a) For submerible motor of capacity 25 HP.

(b) For submerible motor of capacity 15 HP.

(c) For submerible motor of capacity 12.5 HP.

(d) For submerible motor of capacity 10 HP.

M&L for servicing of Centrifugal pump set by disconnecting, dismantling the three phase induction motor 415 Volts 50 Hz of centrifugal pumpset 1440 RPM and winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of best quality of existing size/gauge and weight including replacement of insulation material, varnish,bearing, connection plate and all other petty items like Shaft sleeve DE/NDE made of Bronze, casing wear ring DE/NDE made of Stainless steel, Bearings as per sample etc required to make motor functional and re-assembling the motor including installation, commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) Transportation charges from installation to contractor's workshop and back after repair are deemed included in the rate quoted in the item. (b) Cost of nuts, bolts, washers, connection plate, grease lubrication to bearing bushes etc are deemed included in this rate. (c) Old dismantled winding wire will be contractor’s property for which credit shall be affected as per schedule of credit.

(a) For motor of capacity 60 HP.

Disconnecting, dismantling of Centrifugal monoblock pumpset of capacity as following of 1440 RPM and dismantling of defective parts such as Impeller nut , gland , impeller key, gland packing, water deflector, bush bearing sleeve, gaskets, volute stud and nuts , suction and delivery flange and stud and nuts, gland bolts and nuts Gun metal impeller etc and all other petty items like split gland made of Cast Iron, set of gasket made of asbestos, gland packing, coupling of suitable size for motor etc required to make pump functional and re-assembling the pump with motor including installation , commission and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Transportation charges from installation to contractor work shop and back after repair are deemed included in the rate quoted for the above item. (ii) Cost of nuts, bolts, washers,, grease lubrication to bearing bushes etc are deemed included in this rate :-

(a) For motor of capacity 60 HP.

(b) For motor of capacity 40 HP.

(c) For motor of capacity 20 HP.

(d) For motor of capacity 7.5 HP.

Supply and fixing in replacement of flat submersible 3 core 10 Sqmm cable PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor water proof suitable for submersible pump set complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of flat submersible 3 core 6 Sqmm cable PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor water proof suitable for submersible pump set complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of flat submersible 3 core 4 Sqmm cable PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor water proof suitable for submersible pump set complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement GI Coloumn pipe of bore 50 mm and 6 meter length with socket/flange of size 50 mm dia and 5 mm thick duly screwed as well as welded on both ends , lowering and fixing into the borewell by using nuts, bolts , gasket and washers complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of welding of flange nuts,bolts & gasket is included in the unit rate.

S & F in replacement GI Coloumn pipe of bore 80 mm and 6 meter length with socket of size 80 mm dia 6 mm thick duly screwed as well as welded on both ends , lowering and fixing into the borewell by using nuts, bolts , gasket and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fully automatic star delta starter suitable for 15 HP summersible/monoblock pump motor set AC 440V 50 Hz with single phase priventor over current, short circuit protection built in voltmeter, ammeter complete with sheet metal enclosure including fixing/mounting as per L&T Cat No MU-15 (SS9985) and dismentling old unservicable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fully automatic star delta starter suitable for 25 HP summersible/monoblock pump motor set AC 440V 50 Hz with single phase priventor over current, short circuit protection built in voltmeter, ammeter complete with sheet metal enclosure including fixing/mounting and dismentling old unservicable complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting/removing the old unserviceable burnt parts from the FASD starters and supply and fix the new items as per exiting the model for AC 415 V,50 HZ 3 phase suitlable for lthe motors complete all as specified and as directed of the following capacity:-

(a) Power Contactor MNX-25 with Aux contacts 1 NO + 21NC of range AC1 - 45 A & AC3 - 25 A complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Power Contactor MNX-40 with Aux contacts 1 NO + 1 NC of range AC1 - 55 A & AC3 - 40 A complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the old deterioted/damaged rubber mats from the sub stations, supply & lay synthetic insulating rubber matsof size: 2m x 1mx 19 mm for up to 3.3 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthling complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of the size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts ,nuts.chuck nuts and washers of galvanised iron or .steel watering pipe of 20 mm bore , galvanised iron medium grade of 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade of earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil ,PCC pit with RCC pit cover , charcoal,salt,funnel complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I & Testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rates shall be including for earth strip with protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr length.

M&L for rectification of defective run lead joing by burning out lead joint in position including recovering lead and making new lead joint all as specified including bailing out water coming from defective joints by means of electric/diesel driven pump set, testing of the joint under full working pressure for the following CI Pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed:-

(a) 200 /150mm dia.

(b) 100/80 mm dia.

M&L for rectification of defective rubber gasket flanged joints including replacing rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and washers for the following CI/MS pipe line complete all as specified and as directed:-
