NCTPS I SE M II Circle ICHS Dn Reconditioning of 1 No failed Hydraulic cylinder released from Reclaimer II boom luffing systems of ICHS

I. Material Portion:Piston rod for Hydraulic Cylinder of Reclaimer Type: Differential double acting. Size: 300mm piston dia x190mm piston rod Dia x 2500 mm stroke. Working pressure:165 bar.

II.Labour Portion:Reconditioning of hydraulic cylinder for Reclaimer Boom luffing by rebooting the hydraulic cylinder pipe to the required size, honing of the cylinder bore, polishing the inner surface, machining the Rod eye, rear flange and rear clevis and welding, ultrasonic testing of the welding joint assembling the piston rod with piston ,fixing the seal kit in piston rod and piston, fitting it with the hydraulic cylinder pipe, fix the bearings in the Rod eye and Rod clevis, fit the below. conduct hydraulic Testing to withstand pressure up to 315bar including transportation from NCTPS-I to workshop and back to NCTPS – I stores. (Size dia 300mm(piston) x dia 140mm (piston rod) x dia 2500mm stroke length)including cost of T&P charges consumables etc.,
