Disconnecting dismantling of any type of pump set upto 3 Hp capacity of pumps any RPM and dismantiling defective parts such as impeller nut, gland, impeller key, gland packing water deflector bush bearings sleeve, gaskets, volute stud and nuts suction and delivery flange and stud and nuts and all other petty items required to make the pump set functional and reassembling the pump set including installation commissioning and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Sr item no 1 to 11 : Any other small items required to make pump functional, such as nut bolts, washers, gaskets etc are deemed to be included in item rate.

Disconnecting & dismantling the defective single phase/Three phase induction motor squirrel cage of any make and of capacity up to 3 HP 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 2850 RPM and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of first quality of existing size/gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation materials, varnish and all other petty items required to make motor functional and re-assembling the motor including installation commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No.12 here-in-before but motor of capacity 5 HP.

Rewinding of defective submersible motor of 15 HP with PVC copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and other petty items required for making motor functional complete all as directed.

Disconnecting dismantling of sludge pump set of 0.5 Hp of any RPM and dismantiling defective parts such as impeller nut, gland, impeller key, gland packing water deflector bush bearings sleeve, gaskets, volute stud and nuts suction and delivery flange and stud and nuts and all other petty items required to make the pump set functional and reassembling the pump set including rewinding of motor and installation commissioning and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnecting dismantling of Pressure booster pump set upto 1 Hp of any RPM and dismantiling defective parts such as impeller nut, gland, impeller key, gland packing water deflector bush bearings sleeve, gaskets, volute stud and nuts suction and delivery flange and stud and nuts and all other petty items required to make the pump set functional and reassembling the pump set including rewinding of motor and installation commissioning and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking out unserviceable BER pump set and deposit to MES Store and supply & fixing commissioning and testing of monoblock pump set of capacity 5HP , Head 6-14 mtr, discharge 25 LPS(100mmx100mm) or equivalent as per site requirement includng new foundation, complete all as specified and all as directed. Make Kirloskar model No.KS 513+ or Crompton/KSB

Taking down old unserviceable sludge pump and supply & fixing commissioning and testing of Self priming Mono block sludge pump set 0.5 Hp , Head 6-12 mtr, dischrage 1.2 to 3.1 LPS as per site requirement including new foundation complete all as specified and all as directed. Make Kirloskar model No.SP -05 M or Crompton.Old US pump will be the property of MES and will be deposited to MES Store.

Taking down old unserviceable pressure booster pump and supply & fixing commissioning and testing ofSelf priming pressure booster pump set 0.5 Hp , 220 volts, 50 Hz including making connection with existing as per site requirement including new foundation, complete all as specified and all as directed. Make Crompton Ser No LPEC1SB050366 or Equivalent.Old US pump will be the property of MES and will be deposited to MES Store.

Taking out US BER pump set and deposit to MES Store and Supply ,installaton , testing & commissioning of Submersible pumpset 15 HP with motor electric driven 415 V 3 phase 2870 RPM,30 mtr head, suitable for 100 mm dia borewell including making connection with existing as per site requirement including new foundation, complete all as specified and all as directed. Make:- Kirloskar/Crompton/KSB

Taking out unserviceable BER pump set and deposit to MES Store and Supply ,installaton , testing & commissioning of Split casing centrifugal coupled pump set with motor 7.5 Hp electric driven 415 V 3 phase 2900 RPM,25 mtr head,900 LPM discharge , 100x80 mm suction and delivery connecting with existing connections as per site requirement including new foundation, complete all as specified and all as directed. M&L for making Header of pipe of 200 to 300mm dia with appropiate length as per site requirement for 2/3 raising main from existing pipe line connected to header with two no of outlets of 150mm dia each provided with sluice valves each of size as per site reuirement at inlet at as well as oulet pipelines ,raising main from existing pipeline with all complete asessories including welding/cutting of pipes and flanges etc to its connected items , sluice valves, PCC foundation of suitable size for giving support to header complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Fittings such as tee , sluice valves ,bends etc required for making the header and will be paid seperately.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations filling and mass concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of Earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways for cover 50 mm thick and MS frame of suitable size made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 60 mm, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from existing earth.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable earth continuity conductor of size 25x4mm galvanised iron strip along with all necessary jointing material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing old paint from surface of LT panel of any size by scraping,rubbing and making good surface for painting and applying powder coated spary painting with existing colour complete as specified and directed.

Greasing/Oiling of pump sets capacity upto 60 HP with grease gun and necessary T&P for greasing/oiling of pump set at water supply installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting of pump sets of capacity upto 60 Hp with spray coated painting and necessary T&P for painting of pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F high quality ACP sheet of size 1.5 feet x 1.0 feet minimum with router cutting letter blue base of sheets and white colour acrylic letter with complete fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Detail of printing material for flex will be provided by department.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply MS/CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 250 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint or necessary fitting required as per site properly including welding work and making the pipe line leak proof completely to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge .Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be included in quoted rate.

M&L for attending any type pump/motor/LT panels/Starters complaint at Installation and rectify the same, rates are also included for replcement of thimbles any type and any size with nut-bolts and cable jointing with tap, gland packing, greasing in pumps/valves with all connected items all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Complaint should be rectify within 06 Hrs otherwise a penalty of 250 Rs per day will be imposed.

Note:-(i) Since this work pertains to water supply of station so timely action is the utmost essential criterion, so action shall be initiated within 8 hours after receiving order ( through Phonecall, Text message, site Order or any other means) from Engineer in charge/JE E/M, if due to any unavoidable circumstance contractor is not able to perform the work within 8 hours then work shall be initiated by next morning/Day with proper justification about unavoidable circumstance to Engineer In charge, else Rs 500/- per delay day penalty shall be imposed over the contractor, Decision of Engineer In charge/ Accepting officer shall be final in this regard.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
