Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1250 LPM capacity (continuous flow) PSA based, Microprocessor controlled with standard accessories Molecular sieve; imported zeolite to be used with CE certification or US FDA, Oxygen Generation Plant, Hospital use (Medical Oxygen Grade) should be capable of delivering 1250 LPM 93% at 1600m MSL on full load conditions. Oxygen pressure at the outlet of oxygen storage tank within plant should be 5.0 bars without negative tolerances. The OGP shall comprise of standard equipment & accessories as per the requirement of the system to ensure smooth & uninterrupted supply of oxygen (medical grade) round the clock (24 x7). The job also involves P/F of 4 Nos. factory degreased line isolation ball valves (28 mm). Also, the job includes providing of portable oxygen analyser as per the technical specifications. The Oxygen Generation Plant shall include two (02) years of warranty period

Supplying, Laying, Testing & Commissioning of Copper Pipe as per Standard BS EN 13348:2008/ ASTM B819 standard solid drawn seamless, deoxidized, non-arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased copper pipe confirming to standard. All copper pipes should be degreased and delivered and capped at both ends of required sizes, compliant to specifications. Fitting like elbows, tees, bends, saddles, etc. are included. The job also includes paint as per the relevant Colour Code.
