Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Stone patti 40 to 50mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 35cm wide and not less than 80cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dry tibba sand cushioning to underground cable provided with a layer of 8cm deep before laying cable and 15cm after laying of cable and punned to 18cm after laying of cable and cover for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Approved dry sand free from vegetation, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for foundation of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including disconnecting & taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4mm GI strip including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. Preparation of RCC surfaces LT/HT electric poles and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.50 mtr length and making of pole number and five strips each 30cm wide in navy blue & white colour using synthetic enamel paint upto 1.50mtr height from top of RCC foundation block complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of steel surfaces for steel tubular electric poles, rail pole, swan neck pole of HT/LT over head line and all mild steel clamps, cross arms work on poles with apply one coat of superior aluminium paint upto 1.50 mtr length and making of pole number and five alternate strips each 30cm wide with black and navy blue colour for LT Poles and black and red colour for HT Poles using painted upto 1.50mtr height from top of PCC foundation block complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling of existing old unserviceable LT Panel/Feeder pillar box and Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type main copper bus bars of 200 Amps, looping & branch connection system shall be made with suitable rating copper bus bar having sleeves of colour coded .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 9 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The LT Panel shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The LT Panel shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (02 layers) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. All incoming MCCBs shall be marked with location and rating of MCCBs. The Feeder Pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation in and including dismantling of old unserviceable LT Panel complere and including the followings : CONTROL WIRING: All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50 sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size and type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type tube near the door hinges. CABLE ALLEY: Cable alley shall be provided in both side of the panel of suitable space for all incoming and outgoing cables. Cable terminals shall be provided for conencting of all incoming and outgoing cables.
