Development works for promotion of tourism at Devgad Lighthouse station

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, bushes, shrubs, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared or as directed by Engineer in-charge. The rate is inclusive of supply of all labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Demolishing damaged CC Road in cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Demolishing Laterite stone masonry in cement mortar, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost all labour, tools & plants etc.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and for all lifts including cost of levelling, all labours charges, minor tools & plants etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all work up to plinth level including laying, compacting, curing with cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineer in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Painting two or more coats on Exposed surfaces of Kerb Stone, Flag mast etc. with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Berger/or equivalent) of required colour to give an even shade over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Construction of Coursed laterite stone masonry work in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with approved quality machine cut Laterite stone of appropriate size as required or as directed including cost of curing and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
