Comprehensive Repairs and maintenance of fire alarm system to ensure smooth functioning of the system including day to day complaints, installed at CORA POWAI (G+14), the system comprises of the following :- (a) Main fire alarm control panel - 1 No with battery back up, (b) Repeater panel - 1 No, (c) Motor operated siren - 1 No, (d) Manual call point - 15 Nos installed at various locations The scope of the work comprising of the followings:- (a) The entire system shall be inspected and checked by the Service Engineer of the main manufacturer/ OEM. (b) Checking of all internal & external wiring for open, Short, Damaged & loose Connections of all MCP, Main fire alarm panel, Repeater panel, Siren motor , replacing of broken break glass. Cleaning of Smoke detectors. (c) Testing the fire alarm system including checking of each MCP and maintining serviceablity records on monthly basis. (d) All main fire control including battery, smoke detector, temparture heat detectors, connected control wiring etc shall be checked for narmal functioning. (e) Replacing mirror spares / components such as bolts, nuts, washers, screws, spring washers, lubricants & cleaning agents like CTC, kerosene, grease, lubricant oil, cotton waste etc.

Dismantling the tyre ripper (tyre buster) blocking width upto 5 metre with blocking height 15 cm & depth of casing 235 mm and taking out all the defective parts for checking entire main tyre buster including control unit of micro control based, operating voltage, single phase, 230V,50 Hz, AC supply, repairing, servicing, overhauling, replacement of defective parts, also including carry out the under mentioned works:- (i) Rewinding of motor (ii) Overhauling of pump set (iii) Painting of tyre buster (tyre ripper) including pump set and panel board with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer after removal of existing paint. (iv) All necessary earth work and excavation in trenches for pit and drainage area and removal of earth outside MD land. Note:- Cost of replacement of all the defective components, servicing, overhauling and repairs to make the tyre buster fully functional shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item except the cost of supply only of spares included in item No 4.0 to 8.0 mentioned here-in below.

Dismantling/ removing the existing centrifugal pumpset 50 HP of any make by taking out electrical connection & suction/delivery pipe connection of the fire fighting system, Overhauling & re-winding the pumpset & starter including greasing, oiling, painting the pumpset with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer after removal of existing paint, marking signs as per the existing norms, rewriting the MES No & replacing of unserviceable spares, nuts, bolts, washers etc, and carrying out all other relevant works to make the pumpsets fully functional, re-assembling and re-fixing the same in position after connecting with suction / delivery pipe etc and duly reconnected electrically, including testing for smooth operation, complete all as specified and directed . Notes for items 9&10:- Quoted rate shall also be deemed to include the following elements:- (i) Cost for transportation of pump set to the approved workshop for carrying out repairs and also for taking back from the workshop to the site of the work. (ii) Cost of replacement of all components, and repairs to make the pumpsets fully functional shall be deemed to be included except the cost of spares included in item Nos 11 to 20 which shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Taking down hose reel drum from the fire hydrant cabin, disconnect the hose pipe approximately 30 Mtr long & 20mm dia from the existing position, clean and repair the hose reel drum by replacing the defective spares, bends, coupling etc including painting drum with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved red shade after removal of existing painting, re-fixing the hose reel drum with hose pipe and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair of worn out/non functional hose reel drum in the fire hydrant cabin suitable to accommodate 30mtr long rubber hose pipe of 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed Make- New Age India/Exflame / Padmini / Winlo / Essel).

Servicing of diesel engine generator set 62.5 KVA at Powai & Worli of make Kirloskar Engine by carrying out inspection/checking of cylinder head assembly, piston system, piping system,cylinder liners, radiator function and cleaning thoroughly with cleaning agents and drain out the engine oil and filling up new engine oil including replacement of air filter, diesel filter, oil filter, bypass filter, CR element, CR plates, 'O' rings etc and tappet calibration including replacing tapet cover gasket, tightening of all electrical & mechanical parts, greasing to all parts, testing for its working to achieve the requisite satisfactory performance, complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting of all rubber hoses and draining out the water from choked radiator assembly from the existing DG set of capacity 20 KVA to 82.5 KVA and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical connections from the existing position, opening the top and bottom covers of the radiator assembly, cleaning thoroughly the choked pipe of the radiator by using cleaning agents/caustic soda,cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes/tubes including arresting of leakage by means of soldering/brazing and replacement of clamps, rubber hoses and AVM pads with suitable nuts, bolts and washers etc and fixing back in its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed
