Dismantling of rusted and old existing MS Piece of 750 mm dia rising main with the help of manual labor and logistic arrangement as per site requirement.
Providing of 750 mm dia MS Gap Piece having length 3.5 mtr made out of 8 mm thick M.S Plate.
Providing of M.S collar of required size made out of 8 mm thick M.S Plate.
Hiring of DG Set of 62 KVA Capacity as per site requirement with diesel & transportation complete at site of work.
Hiring and running charges of crane 20 ton capacity.
Safety arrangement like Air Face Mask, Helmet, gum Boots, Protective Bodysuits, Gas Detectors, Safety Belts, First Aid Box, Torch, Fire Extinguisher etc arranged by the firm at site of work safe working.
Lighting arrangement at site of work for execution the welding work etc. during night hours including electric material etc as per site requirement.
Fixing of above gap piece of 750 mm dia with M.S Collar with the help of all labor and tool & tackles as per site requirement.
Painting of pipe line by using black epoxy anticorrosive paint inside and outside after primer coat and at least two coats of paint.
Testing and commissioning of rising main on full pressure and as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.
