S/R to PWD Road to Dhananjaypur from 1/400 to 1/800 Km. for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Labour for scrapping cleaning road surface applying tack coat using 3.00 kg of Bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick BUSG in one layerusing 0.45 cum of 25 mm to 40 mm size Granite metal and 12.00 kg Bitumenof penetration Grade for 10 sqm with 0.12 cum of 12 mm size chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and preading bitumen metal chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries including cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.30kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works [Output-3500 sqm] as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ,laying and rolling of Open Graded Pre-Mix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-10kN static Roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8kg of bitumen per 10sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant tar and all labours and T &P as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in Foundation Excavation in all kinds of soil soil within initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods etc complete etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & filling manualy with aproved quality of sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering ramming to proper density with cost,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour & T & P as required for the item of work including cess etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing PCC M-15 concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202,1203 etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(P.C.C. Grade M 15 in Foundaion Nominal Mix 1:2.5:5)

Providing PCC M-15 concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open Substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202,1203 etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(P.C.C. Grade M 15 in Foundaion Nominal Mix 1:2.5:5)

Construction of Un-reinforced,dowel jointed M-30 Grade cement concrete pavement by semi-mechanized method over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg /cum coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design,transported to site,laid with a fixed form or slip form paver,spread,compacted and finished in a continous operation etc , curing compound ,finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th. Revision) (Taking output = 75 Cum) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
