REPAIR AND MAINT OF 11 KV NETWORK INCLUDING TRANSFORMER, SWITCHGEAR AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT ZONE-III AREA UNDER GE (S) JAIPUR

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, laying cables errection of poles / struts/stays etc n.exe 10 Sqm on plan not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50metre above the starting point

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type of soil.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast cable covers class HV, type I, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables complete all as specified.

M&L Disc type insulator, Porcelain, vitreous brown, white or green single disc assembly, 145mm high & 255mm dia ball & socket type, for tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts including taking down/dismantling old item.

M&L Pin type, porcelain, vitreous brown, white or green insulator (HT), 150mm height and 150 mm dia, 11000 volts grade including one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut complete

Supply and fix lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts including taking down/dismantling old item.

Supply & Fix Air break switch 200 amp, for HT 11 KV, 50 Hz AC, Gang Operated, triple pole, outdoor, horizonal / vertical mounting type (ISI marked), mounted on insulators and MS frame work, with fuse carriers & HT fuses, manually operated from ground level with locking arrangment including 65 mm pad lock with two keys, necessary electric connections, taking down old item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix, fixed contact of Brass Alloy single pole including fastners suitable for air break gang operated switch of cap 200/400 amp 3 pole 11000 volts grade including taking down/dismantling old item.

Supply & Fix, moving contact of Brass Alloy single pole including fastners suitable for air break gang operated switch of cap 200/400 amp 3 pole 11000 volts grade including taking down/dismantling old item.

Supply & Fix, flexible Copper strip including fastners suitable for air break gang operated switch 200/400 amps 11000 volts for single phase including taking down/dismantling old item.

M&L for shifting of transformer of any capacity from any location within the station to location of defective transformer and connecting with HT 11 KV incomer from existing source and LT outgoing cables complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting and dismantling including handling and transportation of defective transformer, any type, 63 KVA to 125 KVA, 11 KV/433 V, copper/ Aluminium wound, opening the transformer, safe draining of tranformer oil for reuse, removing all burnt particles i.e tape, paper insulating strings etc gently and carefully, washing of the dust, rust and dirt from all parts including HT/LT coil, core tank and cooling tubes, painting the inner side of tank by zinc chromate paint and preparing the same for re-assembling after carrying out required repairs, re-assembling and re-installation, including connecting up electrically, commissioning at site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1.Repair cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rate; and Unsv items required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately. 2.The burnt transformer oil will be contractor property & any new oil will be measured and paid seperatly under respective item. 3. The coils and the oil shall be inspected for repair/replacement by department rep.

M&L for refilling fresh Silica Gel into the breather including removal of old item.

M&L for boring of existing road/path for laying of GI pipe Size 100mm dia protection for UG cable including making good distrurbed area/surface all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing or laying galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc of size 100 mm bore including dismantling & taking down existing pipe.

M&L for calibration and testing of protection relay of any make or type fitted on 11 KV 4 Way RMU as per IS and code of practice to insure NO ERROR including setting for each fault over current with trip time delay in accordance to feeder load and other parameters of site including grading with incomer panels at MRS. Servicing complete with decarbonizing the contact points, cleaning with CRC solution etc. All indicating lamp of the panel replaced if necessary, breaker control switch, digital Amp meter, Volt meter should be replaced if in case found defective, testing after repair complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of any make and type. Note:- Servicing will be done twice at the duration twice in duration of contact and this will be considered as one job.

M&L for calibration and testing of protection relay of any make or type fitted on 11 KV 6 Way RMU as per IS and code of practice to insure NO ERROR including setting for each fault over current with trip time delay in accordance to feeder load and other parameters of site including grading with incomer panels at MRS. Disconnecting of HT supply from 11 KV VCB of any capacity of Amps for overhauling of mechanism trolly and carry out repair works, servicing complete with decarborizing the contact points, cleaning with CRC solution tightening springs greasing etc etc testing after repair complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of VCB AREVA/ ALSTOM/ CG Note:- Parts replaced in VCB shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for Disconnecting of HT supply from 33 KV VCB/SF 6 CB-4 Nos with panel capacity of 1250 Amp outdoor type for overhauling of mechanism and carry out repair works, servicing complete with decarburizing the contact points, cleaning with CRC solution etc testing after repair complete all as specified and directed Note:- Servicing will be done twice at the interval of 3 months and this will be considered as one job. Note:- Parts replaced of VCB shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for testing of CT and PT and its oil level of any make or type fitted in 33 KV switchyard (details given below) as per IS and code in accordance to feeder load and other parameters of site including grading with incomer panels at MRS (a) Out going / Incoming 33 KV- 05 Nos (b) Testing and tightening of bus bar of 33KV switchyard alongwith testing of insulators of 33kV from Incomer to the VCBS of 11KV (c) Checking and testing of insulators of 33 KV swithcyard complete. NOTE: (i) The testing and setting must be completed with in 3 weeks from the date of commencement placed to avoid major break down. (ii) The testing and setting shall be carried out by only qualified and experienced engineer. (ii) The testing includes comprehensive testing from the supply received at Combined CT PT to the incomer of the Power transformers (v) Certificate/report of rep of authorised person should be submitted after testing the CT and PT. The record of testing/ setting of CT and PT and Switchyard of 33KV shall be submitted by the Contractor.

Supply only Closing coil, operating voltage 24 Volt DC suitable for 11KV VCB/SF-6 gas breaker.

Supply only triping coil assy suitable for 11KV VCB.

Supply only small gear assy with motor shaft suitable for 11 KV VCB.

S&F Auxillary contactor for contact multiplication 7NO+7NC, 24V, DC, 6 Amp.

Supply, installation & testing of Microprocessor based three phase relay system for over current, earth fault protection type MICOM/CGI 14N Model for 11 KV breaker, setting range with necessary wiring/fitting including dismantling of old IDMTL/Unserviceable relays.as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Hooter system operating voltage 24V/220V AC/DC for 4 Nos VCB parallel operating system complete with testing including all accessories such as contactor,re-set switch and cut- out complete wiring etc including taking down old U/S, and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting of HT supply from 11 KV VCB of capacity upto 800 Amps for rewiring of VCB control circuit with copper conductor wire size not less than 1.0 Sqmm and after wiring testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of spring charge motor assembly with Gear Assembly operating voltage 220 V AC/ DC suitable for 11 KV VCB of Areva/CG as existing on site complete with required material and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing HT Jumper not more than 2 m long in repair /replacement on existing OH circuit/two Pole /four Pole Structure etc including ACSR Conductor (Weasel) using PG clamp/lugs, fastners etc as per site requirment.

S & F epoxy based cast resin CT having ratio 200-150-100//05 for sutiable for 11 KV system size as per site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement LED/Neon indicator Lamps with holder size 22.5mm of different colour (24 V/220 V, AC/DC).

M&L for rectification, detection of gas leakage & refilling of the 33 KV, SF6 in compatible to the pressure marked by the OEM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Filling of transformer oil in transformer in situ/at site for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 60-80 KV during filling after filtration conforming to IS-335.

M&L earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cove rwith handle complete all as specified & tested complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I. NOTE:- (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.00 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. Reinforcement in cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Quoted shall include the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth wire/strip. (iii) Quoted shall include cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire/strip.
