M&L for construction of new valve chamber round shape of size 2M depth and 1M diameter with brick work comprising the following items all as specified and directed:- (a) Brick construction with(1:6) cement mortar rendering 15mm thick plaster externally complete for face of brick work surface. (b) MS Cover of thickness 4mm double door type welded to angle iron frame of size 40X40X6 mm embedded in PCC coping with anchor fasteners including locking arrangement complete with two coats of highly corrosive resistant epoxy paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed. (c) 150mm thick PCC foundation(1:2:4) type B2 40mm grade aggregate.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any type/size including wires, conduits/batten etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Any damage has to be made good by the contractor to make the item functional after testing.
