MW(Con) for Protective Conservation works of Ancient Site and Remains of Pandurajar Dhipi Comprised in part of Survey plot no. 20 at Panduk, Burdwan for 2021-22

1. Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared complete as per direction of site in charge.

2. Charges for taking out (from fencing) line of wire (galvanised, strand or barbed) including the cost of taking out staples (by cutting or otherwise, as necessary) complete as per direction of site in charge.

3. Charges for dismantling the necessary bases of Iron angle post for taking out the damaged posts (scattered job) complete as per direction of site in charge.

4. Dismantling of masonry wall as per requirement for inserting /casting of R.C.C Pillars excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m complete as per direction of site in charge.

5. Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, complete as per direction of site in charge.

6. Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand complete as per direction of site in charge.

7. Providing all materials for Centering and shuttering (wooden/Iron) including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work complete as per direction of site in charge.

8. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete as per direction of site in charge.

9. Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level complete as per direction of site in charge.

10. Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources) complete as per direction of site in charge.

11. Back Filling with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. complete as per direction of site in charge.

12. Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular)1st class bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) curing complete as per direction of site in charge.

13. Cement plaster in wall with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), . 18 mm thick curing complete as per direction of site in charge.

14. Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the site in charge.(Two Coats)

15. Applying water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved make and brand on walls including sand papering in intermediate coats (Two coats)(Standard Quality) complete as per direction of site in charge.

16. Supply of Steel work with MS grill & Gate including fabrication excluding fixing, welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete as per direction of site in charge.( Drawing to be collected from office before bidding .)

17. Fitting and fixing the grills over the boundary wall with concrete and mending all damages. complete as per direction of site in charge.

18. Painting steel work Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. as per direction of site in charge.

19. Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved complete as per direction of site in charge

20. Shifting MS angle, barbed wire and other materials by transport to sub-circle office kalna from site(approx 125 km) including loading,unloading and staking complete as per direction of site in charge.(Rate to be including of all toll tax, etc.)

21. 20 mm gauge (3ft x 4ft) GI sheet for CNB(steel engraving set on brick masonry) & PNB and direction board (3 ft x 4ft) of 40 Kg. (Appx.) weight, fabricated with MS angle (50x50x6) mm boarder in all sides and with MS flat (25x6) mm back support including Cost of digital writing over steel plate and fitting & fixing in ground with necessary cement concrete (1:2:4) in pits, top surface shaping to proper square base complete with plaster and neat cement finish including two coats painting with a coat of primer and and removing the damaged existing once (if existing) as per direction of the competent authority.( CNB-1 no., PNB-2 no. & Direction Board - 2 no.)(job including supplying ,fabricating and fixing complete as per direction of site in charge.)

22. Providing masonry benches with R.C.C.top (2ftx4ft) & brick masonry base (hight-2.5 ft) with finishing with brick floor with plaster and net cement(matching coloured) topping all complete as approved design and curing complete as per direction of site in charge.

23. Renewing coping in matching colored of compound wall with brick work and 15 mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) complete.250 mm. wide coping (Cement 5.0Kg/Mtr.) curing complete as per direction of site in charge.

25. Supply & Commissioning of steel Portable Cabin of size10 x 8.5 x 8.5 feet made up of approved quality steel sections / frame work complete as per Technical Specifications & General Design for construction of Portable Cabins.The base frame cross member shall be ISMC75 x 40 with longitudinal skid joist ISMB 100X50. (DELIVERY: at Pandu rajar dhipi in panduk ,purba bardhaman )(including all fitting and fixing with base of bricks and concrete(1:2:4) platform complete ) curing complete as per direction of site in charge. .

29. Providing for necessary arrangements for providing electricity, water and safety equipment's during execution of the work complete as per direction of site in charge. .

30. Supplying of fixing Dustbins made by R.C.C. with veneering by sand stone including pointing the all joints etc. all complete as approved design curing complete as per direction of site in charge.

31. Providing and fixing scaffolding system on the boundary wall for fitting and fixing of grill with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of site in-charge .
