Repair all joints & cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty tarplasic having penetration after setting upto 8mm Levelling of surface to give proper slope will be done as per site requirements with Shalipatch cold applied, Bituminous Motor & Cold emulsion cum waterproofing liquid Shalikote T-10, Created SSD condition on surface with water. Prime the surface with Tarfelt LM or equivalent make of approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ration of 1:1 and apply @ 400gm per Sqm (As per surface conditions). Apply first coat of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make of approved by GE having elongation 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging of 8mm confirming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no dilation of water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm per Sqm. * Lay Geotex of 45 GSM/Fibre mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm. * Allow the first coat to dry for 10 to 12 Hrs. * Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 700gm per Sqm in opposite direction of first coat by Brush or Roller. * Allow it to dry for 10-12hrs after apply 3rd coat with consumption @ 700gm per Sqm. Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing/carrying out any further work,. M&L for preparation of surfaces by leveling/edging of the disturbed planes/edges of old/new plastered surfaces of wall by using wall care putty of 1 mm thic on vertical surfaces to true vertical and horizontal lines of bricks/ concrete walls finish to even and smooth with two layers of screylie wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices plasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil & gressy spots etc and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on wall complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices plasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil & gressy spots etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 25mm dia stainless steel curtain rod design/shape approved by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F in repair MS bracket (turned, weathered and mitred) brackets of with cut, hole suitable for 25mm dia rod fixed with screws and gutties in wall complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 101 above, but end caps with wall ornament and fixed to curtain rod with screws of design/shape all as specified and directed .

Dismantling/ taking down of cast iron or unreinforced concrete or PVC soil waste and drain pipe 75mm or 100mm dia with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Repair the leakage/seepage/hole/crack of roof sheet of any description and in any position and upto 7.5 m height using Super flash Strip 100/150mm wide .

M&L Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors all as specified and directed.
