COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR, MAINT OF MECHANICAL LAUNDRY AND MISC CERTAIN E/M ITEMS UNDER AOR OF GE (EAST) JALANDHAR CANTT

Material and labour for routine preventive and periodical maintenance of Washer extractor 30 Kg - 01 No (Make of machine : Fabtech Engineering) installed at Military Hospital JRC including repair/replacement of major and minor spare parts (except srl item No. 3.00 to 51.00) of equipments/ machinery, required during AMC without any extra cost to Govt by the any one of the OEM listed in Sch 'A' Notes of the Laundry plant :- Notes : Contractor shall keep the following aspects in mind while quoting unit rates and rates quoted shall be deemed to be included the following: - (a) All relevant documents must be submitted for approval before entering into AMC with firm. (b) All minor defective parts will be replaced by contractor within 48 Hrs for above mentioned Laundry Plants/machineries. Replacement cost of defective parts is to be included in above mentioned AMC Rates except items mentioned at srl No 03 to 51. In case of delay a recovery of Rs 600/- per machines/day shall be made from the contractor dues. (c) AMC includes monthly visit, visit on complaints when required to repair machine of qualified and experienced technician/engineer and Inspection, dismantling and taking down the unserviceable items in connection to carry out necessary repair/ maintenance of above mentioned machines of Laundry Plant and replacement of spares and complete assembling after repair/overhauling, servicing, cleaning and testing is required so as to make the machine functional in all aspects. (d) Descaling/Cleaning of chocked Steam pipelines and steam trap Valves and welding and replacement of coupling, joints, union etc if required to stop leakage of water and steam from the pipelines.

(e) The cost of transportation if any required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) Contractor must have to ensure that machine is functional in all respects. The contractor will maintain daily record of machines about functioning/ non-functioning duly signed by JE E/M & Engineer-in-Charge. The payment for machine will be paid for the day if the machine is working. No payment for particular day shall be paid if machine is found in non-functioning condition on that day. (g) The contractor shall make him acquainted/ familiar with the present condition of machines before quoting rates for AMC. No claim will be entertained on after stage on this account. Note:- Note for Srl No. 01 to 10, One laundry machine technician to be deployed for day shift of hours on all working days. Rate demand to be included in quoted rate. The technician will make daily attendance with JE E/M or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. In case technician is not present a penalty or Rs. 1000/- per shift will be levied. Technician will also keep the plant room neat and clean. Necessary cleaning material will be provided by the contractor. The technician deployed should be in dress/uniform as directed by deppt.

Material and labour for routine preventive and periodical maintenance of Steam Boiler 600 Kg/Hr 02 Nos installed at Military Hospital JRC including repair/replacement of major and minor spare parts (except srl No. 03.00 to 51.00) required during AMC without any extra cost to Govt by the OEM of the Laundry plant :- Make of machine : Fabtech Engineering The AMC Service package covers the following for steam boiler 02 Nos : (i) Site visit for preventive maint and check-up of Steam boiler will be carried out by service technician of OEM or as recommended by the OEM every month during the contract period. In the visit, technician will check and inspect of both steam boiler plant system complete. (ii) Contractor must submit the service reports every month from the Service Engineers along with the details of the Repair/ maint/ replacement of spares/testing of Steam Boilers carried out during every month during the contract period. On Failure of visit by OEM/Approved firm representative or non-submission of report by him, a penel recovery of Rs 5000/- per visit shall be made from the contractor dues. (iii) Cleaning of chocked coil by descaling steam boiler -02 Nos, engineer shall carryout/supervise the descaling activity with Descaling Chemical (i.e. Chemical recommended by OEM)

(iv) Servicing/repair of all water pumps including replacement of unserviceable seals and glands and servicing, greasing/ alignment of shaft/ testing complete of all motors of both Steam Boilers. (v) Servicing/repair/testing of electric control panel and replacement of unserviceable minor spares like meter, wiring etc complete of both Steam Boilers. (vi) Contractor must have to ensure that machine is functional in all respects. The contractor will maintain daily record of machines about functioning/ non-functioning duly signed by JE E/M & Engineer-in-Charge. The payment for machine will be paid for the day if the machine is working. No payment shall be paid if machine is found in non-functioning condition.

Supply and fixing in replacement of steam boiler coil suitable for the steam boiler 600Kg/hr made out of seamless MS pipe 25 mm dia heavy duty or next higher size as reccomended by OEM, duly shaped for coil, jointed with MS sheet including replacement of old coil complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply and fixing in replacement lgnition transformer suitable for the steam boiler 600Kg all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fixing in replacement temp controller (DTC) 0 ot 400 Degree centigrade for 600 Kg boiler all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fixing in replacement electronic sequence timer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making salt solution by using Crystal salt and water in suitable container and recharging the resin for water softener plant to reduce the hardness of water by suitable pumping in softner. Note:- The qty of crystal salt used for making solution shall be measured for the payment purpose.

M&L for water softner Resin as per sample for water softner plant to reduce the hardness of water complete by opening covers of softner and removing old resin and filling of new resin incl cleaning of softner complete and replacing gasket and re-fixing covers complete.

M & L for Insulation of M S Pipe with PUF slab 30 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and Al cladding with 26 gauge sheet complete for 50 mm dia MS pipe.

Material and labour for painting of MS surface of Chimney of steam boilers , by preparation of surface by cleaning by cloth and applying two coat of super enamel synthetic heat resistance paint, with hold upto temperature 600⁰C properly complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:-(i) Successful bidder will have to submit AMC from any OT light service provider within one week of acceptance of contract. (ii) AMC will cover complete repair/replacement of US parts of lights except UPS.

Material and labour for AMC for online UPS 3 KVA single phase four Nos of Microtek by engineer of Microtek company as AMC schedule by cleaning dust from all electronic parts with blower and cleaning brush checking serviceability of all electronic parts , wiring, copper strips and replace if any part found defective, cleaning and greasing battary terminals, attending break down/repair wirk as per user requirement complete all as specified and as directed.. Note:-(i) Successful bidder will have to submit AMC from OEM i.e. Microtek for 04 Nos UPS 3 KVA within one week of work order of contract. (ii) AMC will cover complete repair/replacement of unserviceable parts of UPS excl battery.
