Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers on roofs complete all as specified and asdirected. Note:- (i) If any lightining conductor found on roofs duing dismantling of roof tiles on roofs at site the same shall carefully be removed and refixed in the same position after complete roof treatment as directed by Engineer-in Charge . (ii) No extra payment shall be paid for removal and refixing of lighting conductor.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description as in coping,parapets, etc and similar work on roof and removal of Debris from the MOD land all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any ,inclding plastering and leeping (wheather full thickness removed or part thereof) and removal of debris from MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.and brushing neat cement slurry with 3Kg of cement per square metre to receive the bedding layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, levelling course complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates, as in steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for priming surfaces and applying normal treatment ( for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt grade 2 complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg / sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric ( wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm ) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tile laid over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item no. 9 here-in-before but except tiles complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks tiles as obtained from dismantling shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc in any position complete all as specified & directed .

Material and labour for brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc of any thickness from external surfaces of walls /soffits / Static Water tank etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces, as in chajjas / parapet walls etc in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cement mortar 1:4 mixing with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick onconcrete surface as on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newely plaster surfaces of walls and providing a coat of putty thickness vary from 1 to 1.5 mm to achieve smooth surface and applying two coats of OBD (light shade) applied @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush over and including a coat of interior wall primer applied @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newely plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and a directed..

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Camouflage) applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Camouflage) applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as per manufacturer instructioncomplete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for washing,rubbing down and stopping of old distempred and painted the surfaces of walls and applying two coats of OBD (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush, as recommended by manufacture'r complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prepration old plastered surface of ceiling including cornices and applying two coat of white wash completeall as specified and as directed. Note: The white wash soloution shall be prepared at site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge as under:- (1) About1 kg of unslaked lime shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. (ii) 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. about 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for praparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel camouflage paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting channel , V groove in cracks developed in the RCC walls n, exc 15 cm in girth and clean the surface by removing dust and unwanted material by air pressure injecting cement slurry into cracks using pressure nozzle complete all as directed by Engineer-In Charge.

Material and Labour for treating the “ V ” groove by Sealing the construction joints/cracks with crack sealing cementitious material Renderoc CS or equivalent as approved by GE/AGE(I) in writing before incorporation in the work, following by providing injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the cold joint by injecting cement slurry mixed with grout admixture like Cebex 100 or equivalent @ 225 gms.per bag of cement or as per manufacture 's instructions in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes @ 0.6 mtr c/c , fixing of PVC nozzles with Renderoc Plug and final cutting the projected nozzles and sealing off the PVC nozzles after the injection operation is over with Renderoc plug or equivalent, non-shrink rapid setting mortar compound, finishing, curing etc. as per manufacturers specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing Gola / Coving of size of 75 mm x 75 mm at the junction of base slab and vertical offsets with Cement Mortar 1:4 and applying admixed of Conplast X421IC or equivalent, 125 ml mixed in 50kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-In Charge.

Material and labour for Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors built in cement mortar, surface channels, roofs, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Flush pointing to brick tiles laid flat as in pavings/Roof etc in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
