Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar (Make :CONPLAST X421IC of Fosroc /SIKA No 1 of SIKA/equivalent brand of Pidilite)

Taking down old unerviceble steel window/ventilator of any description including gaurd bar ,peg stay and handle complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkahts or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkahts or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel grill of any description not otherwise provided for and all as specified and directed.

M&L powder coated aluminium frame work for partitions, doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated glazed or gauged shutter for sliding window(2 or 3 track) with aluminium channel section weighing not less than 0.55 kg per sqm including aluminium channel,including all necessary fittings such as rollar, joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing aluminium screw as required etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:Wiremess/ glass shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated glazed or gauged shutter for openable window shutter with aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 kg per sqm including all necessary fittings such as joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing aluminium screw , anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (01nos) .hinges type B1 100mm long(02nos) suitable handle 01 no etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:Wiremess/ glass shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix powder coated anodised aluminium glass louver /ventilators with blades of 10mm heavy duty with lever handle etc complete all as specified and directed.(Note- Glass shall be measured and paid separately). Make for item nos. 9 to 12:- Jindal / Indalco / Hindalco.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel Fe-410-w (grade E-250) quality A framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars and similar work complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and averaging of width of aperture 1.40mm,conforming to IS fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 4mm thick frosted glass ordinary quality, glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane fixed to steel frame complete all as specified and as directed. Make for item Nos. 15 to 16:- Saint Gobain, Modi Float, Triveni Float Glass, Crown, Prayag polymers, / Pilkington Glass.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of anti fungal paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed Make : Asian (Apex ultima) or Berger (Weather coat long life) or eqvt brand of J&N)}

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint, first quality, over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to new steel surface including preparation of surfaces exceeding 10cm with or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, first quality over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for one coat of distemper oil emulsion, first quality on walls including preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces, etc all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of wall surfaces applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls including old plastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces, etc all as specified.

All as per item No 21 above but on ceiling.

Complete removal of existing treatement on plaster surfaes of walls including including washing, rubbing down and stopping of old treamtent and material and labour for applying putty for smooth surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, first quality, over a coat of alkali resistant primer to walls etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint , first quality to wooden surfaces exsceeding 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old painted wooden surfaces all as specified. Make for item nos.18 to 24:- Asian / Berger / Jenson & Nicholson / Shalimar.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on plastered surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of old treatement and applying two coats of anti fungal paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed. {Make : Asian (Apex ultima) or Berger (Weather coat long life) or eqvt brand of J&N)}

Taking out old unserviceable floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc. 0.18 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic colour tiles , area of each tile not less than 0.16 Sqm, 7mm thick as in skirting/dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
