Copper strips of 150 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm to be welded with each earth electrode, copper strips of 300 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm for main equip- potential busbar, copper strips of 150 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm sub equip-potential busbar in relay room, power room and panel room. GI strip 25 mm x 2 mm for ring formation of earth pits Earth enhancement material in bags for each Earth Electrode. Inspection chamber of site 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm (Inside dimension) of approximate 50 mm thick with pulling hooks to cover the earth pits. Note: The installation of this item shall be carried out by the contractor as per RDSO Specn.No.RDSO/SPN/197/2014 or latest and conforming to RDSO Drg.No.S DO/RDSO/E&B/001 or latest. 60 month warranty should be given by the firm.

Supply of GI FLAT (SPEC. NO. 226 STD or latest) of size 35 Numbers mm x 6 mm with length 5 mtr with holes of 12 mm dia at both ends as per CSTE/ER'S DRG. NO. S&T-1/2007 (or latest).

Fixing of earth electrode including laying and installation Numbers of GI flat of size 35 mm x 6 mm with length 5 mtr or as per extant practice of Eastern Railway. As per CSTE/ER'S DRG. NO. S&T 1/2007 for apparatus cases, signal post & other equipment as per instruction of site engineer. Provision for fixing MS flat at apparatus cases/ signal post/other equipment should be made by the firm at site. Full threaded bolts of 10 mm dia and length 40 mm should be welded in the apparatus cases in such way that the MS flat at apparatus case end can be fixed from outside or from inside. Welding arrangement with accessories and welding materials should be arranged by the contractor for fixing of bolts at equipment end where required as per instruction of site engineer. All hardware and other miscellaneous materials required for installation to be supplied by the contractor except earth electrodes and MS flat. Note: -all materials required to be arranged by the contractor except 2 core cable will be supplied by the railway.

Cutting of all types of platforms/Road crossing and Metre trenching and excavation to a width and depth of 300 mm x 300 mm, laying of DWC/HDPE/GI pipe in the trench and refi lling and concreting it after wards as per original condition. In hard rocky ground area, cables will be laid normally on layer of soft earth of 0.05 meter thickness previously deposited at bottom of the trench. The cutting to be filled and finished with cement/concrete (Including cutting of tiles neatly , removing slabs/tiles if any. Filling the trench after cable laying and restoring the surface with similar materials to match existing floor/Platform as per instruction of site incharge.. MALDA DIVISION-S AND T/EASTERN RLY

Transportation of HDT Machine with accessories including Metre handling of stores materials , preparation of sites and boring for placing of 110 mm dia HDPE Pipe for crossing of S&T cables together a bridges/culverts, puccu road/ crossing, boring trenc shall be minimum 3 (three) meter below the river bed and one(01) meter below the track /road /puccu road crossing area. This includes supply of accessories for HDPE pipes, including cost of fuel and all other items etc. which will be required for laying of cable through it. the work shall be executed as per instruction of site engineer. HDPE PIPES to be supplied as per RDSO SPEC. contractor shall provide all material required for boring and adequate nos. of labours for propoer laying of cables into the bore. cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to handling & pressure on cable. Boring up to the length of 150 meters. Preparation of site for Horizontal Boring shall be carried out in presence of Railway Representative.
