Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete - FIRST DEPTH FOOTING

Refilling with excavated earth in layers of 30 cm watered well rammed and consolidatred conforming to standard specification including labour charges as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supplying and filling the basement with Good Earth filling in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted - etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and constructing Dry Rubble Soling (DR) structures for erosion control, river training works and protection works with wire crates of size 2 m x 1 m x 0.3 m each divided into 1m compartments by cross netting, made from 4 mm galvanised steel wire @ 32 kg per 10 sqm having minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa conforming to IS:280 and galvanizing coating conforming to IS:4826, woven into mesh with double twist, mesh size not exceeding 100 mm x 100 mm, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, all loose ends to be securely tied with 4 mm galvanised steel wire as per section 2503.3 of MORTH Specifications (Revision-V)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and Eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M35 (Design mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site excluding cost of steel including cost of formwork, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying, curing concrete, working at depths, hire charges for Tools and Plants including all other incidental charges such as baling out water, maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specifications for DECK SLAB,RC SIDE WALL. as per section 1100, 1500, & 1700 of MORT&H Specifications (V- Revision)

Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M35 (Design mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site excluding cost of steel including cost of formwork, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying, curing concrete, working at depths, hire charges for Tools and Plants including all other incidental charges such as baling out water, maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specifications for PIER,RETAINTING WALL ABOVE GL. as per section 1100, 1500, & 1700 of MORT&H Specifications (V- Revision)

Vibrated Cement Concrete M30 (Design mix) 75 mm uniform thick with surface reinforcement using ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site including cement at site, including all labour charges for mixing concrete, laying, hire charges for tools and plants,compacting curing with all leads for potable water, including all other incidental charges formwork, etc., complete for WEARING COAT Over DECK SLAB and APPROACH SLAB. as per section 2702.2 & 1700 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision)

Supply and fabrication of Fe-500 grade steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, including cost of steel at site and cost of fabrication labour charges for cleaning the rods, straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including over laping to the required length wherever necessary and providing to the reinforcement placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete. as per section 1600 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision)

Providing and applying primer and two coats of 100% Acrylic breathable, Anti-Carbonation, waterproof, heat insulating, decorative exterior coating of approved shade after applying a primer coat of same material and apply two coats of mix 1 ltr with 400 - 500 ml water, it shall be applied as per manufacture specification. Acrylic paint shall be spray / brush / roller applied and shall conform to the following properties. Carbon dioxide diffusion equivalent air layer thickness (DIN EN 1062-6) > 100m; Carbon dioxide diffusion resistance coefficient (DIN EN 1062-6) > 105; Elongation of cured film shall be as per ASTMD 2370/98 > 400%; Chloride iron diffusion (ASTM C 1202) = Zero penetration; Adhesion to concrete (ASTM D 4541) > 2 N/mm2; Solar Reflective Index (ASTM E 1980 - 11, EN 673; 2011, EN 410: 2011) > 104. The inter-coat gap to be 24 hours. The rate shall include complete treatment mentioned above and should not be less than DFT 200225 microns for primer and two coats as per relevant MoRT&H specification

Providing and applying Painting Epoxy primer paint including labour charges the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Bitumen Pad for Expansion joint in between pavement slabs to 12mm thick and fixed as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyence of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealent etc, complete as per standard specification

Providing of Granular Sub base using Grade I materials of table 400 -1 of Morth with minimum CBR 30 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mix in by palce method at OMC and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including all labourcharges etc, complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Prime coat over WBM / WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min. required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher /9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Supplying and fixing GI DRAINAGE SPOUTS 100mm dia as per GOI drawing SD/205 with grating arrangements at top as shown in the drawing and 100mm dia drainage spout projecting atleast 300mm beyond the bottom of deck slab as shown in the drawing, including cost and conveyance of Galvanised iron pipes and flats and fixing them in position, etc., complete as per cl 2705 of MORT&H specification. Providing and Laying Bituminous Concrete 50mm thick using 0.13cum of 19-9.50mm graded metal and 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm graded metal and 0.26cum of 2.36mm & below metal with 45.27 Kgs of 60/70 bitumen & 5.03 Kgs of Plastic Waste (Total = 50.30 Kgs) and for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 - 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40mm / 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified graded and cross sections and compaction by vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 - 30 tonnes CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required including all other incidental charges etc., complete using CMP clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying of hot applied themoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorsing glass beads at 250gram/sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as IRC 35.The finished to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete as per MORT and H specification no. 803
