Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after throughly brooming the surface free from morter droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as specified and directed by the department.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade over and including priming coat of white primer after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as specified and directed by the department.

Providing two coats of Birla white wall care putty ( Water resistant white cement based putty for concrete / mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or white brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water and specified and directed by the department. ( Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.50 mm) (I) Thickness 1.50 mm

Extra over item- Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint--- for every subsequent coat of wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ berger paint/ICI paint/J&N Paint/ Nerolac.

Removing old paint or polish from wood base surfaces with paint remover of approved brand and manufacture and making of the surface even

Applying priming coat over new wood or wood based surfaces over 100 mm in girth/width after and including preaparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and including sand papering and knoting with ready mix paint, wood primer as specified and directed by the department.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on old wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping, SUrface over 100 mm in width or girth (Asian paint/ berger paint/ICI paint/J&N Paint/ Nerolac.

Synthetic enamel paint, aluminium paint/ bituminous paint on steel and other metal surface, i) Removing old paint from steel and other metal surface and making the surface even with hand scrapping

Applying mordent solution of approved brand and manufacture on new CI Sheet for prepartion of surface for painting @ 5.00 litre/100 sqm of surface and rubbing the solution with brush including thoroughly cleaning surface of oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter.

Painting two coats on new GCI sheets with ready mixed anti corrosive paint of approved brand and shade suitable for painting over GCI sheets to give an even shade including cleaning the rust patches with emery paper, dirt, dust and other foreign matter with water complete.

Painting one coat on old GCI sheets with ready mixed anti corrosive paint of approved brand and shade suitable for painting over GCI sheets to give an even shade including cleaning the rust patches with emery paper, dirt, dust and other foreign matter with water complete.

Finishing old/ new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of Apex brand of Asian paints and of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scafolding complete as directed as specified and directed by the department.

Providing jail enclosure wall with matured Jati / Bhaluka / Makhal bamboo 60 mm to 75 mm dia and of height of 3000 mm including taking out and refitting the old timber battens with old and new bolts and nuts, nails etc. and coaltaring two coats on the bamboos and battens and removing and stacking the old materials in proper places as per direction of Deptt out side ythe Jail compound walls.

Providing bamboo sleeping machine with necessary bhaluka bamboo post etc. complete
